The biggest point that you've not considered is the fact that I can sit in my cng car with AC on without spending too much money. I can't do this with petrol. If you sit for 30mins with AC on in a petrol car, you'll see the needle go down. Do this with a cng car and not even a single point will decrease. This is especially important in Delhi NCR where we sit in traffic jams more than drive.

@@letitbe3625 bhai what maintenace you just have to recheck the cylinder in 5 years if you take proper care and services on time then nothing is extra and this average 1000 km thing is for those who is too precious in there life about things. Fact is that in cng you can travel a whole lot more then in petrol car if you are a daily driver. And in petrol you can't even think to drive for a drive in heavy traffic with full ac and not checking your fuel repeatedly. It's all about your pov if you think petrol is better then good for you but i can travel equally with half the price.
Not all the people are mughleazam like you who sit in the car with AC for hours, instead of driving it 😂😂
Few missing points.
1. CNG tank is heavy, which means quicker wearing of suspensions. Tyre touching to fender if the car is loaded.
2. Tyre life will reduce marginally, as tyre has to carry more weight even if car is standing idle.
3. If you are fitting from outside, engine life will get reduced.
4. Since the car is 1 lakh rs costlier, you must have to pay more insurance amount (2k to 3k more) every year as per IDV.
Yeh sab myth he bhai cng tank ka weight 60kg ke asspas hota he Jo ek normal admi ke brabar he . Socho ye gadi fully loaded me kitne admio ka weight khich sakti he to bhi suspension nahi dabte. To ek cng tank se kya hi hoga.

interest on initial invest + ur principle amount 1 lakh gets worn out gradually over the period of 15 years

Not a practical calculation, petrol car gives an average of 12km with AC and with 1000km ,it makes
1000 km/12km=83km*Rs 96=
Rs 7698-Rs 2500 (for Cng cars)=Rs 5468 pet month *12=Rs 65616 yearly, it means afrer Two years saving will start, and if one keeps car for 7yrs, will save Rs 328000/-,pls correct if wrong 😊
CNG is very economical compared to Petrol. My duster milage was 6 to 7 km per lit in city but with CNG now 10 to 11 km per kg.
Please also consider Environment- CNG is very nature friendly as compared to burning petrol or diesel

My monthly run is 1200 kms,cng ,costs around rs3500 in delhi.
Previously driving petrol for same 1200 kms,costing around Rs 12500 monthly.
This is in delhi and practical running cost and not some theoretical calculations.
So practical saving on fuel is around Rs 9000 monthly.
By this rate with less than a year i will recover difference of Rs 100000 and after that even after a good maintenance i will be in a win win situation till the fourth year(which as per video is the year of recovery of excess cng price).
Which car। And what mileage? 1200km and 12500 rs means around 8 to 9 mileage and 3500rs on cng @75rs per kilo means 25 plus mileage
I kg of CNG is equivalent to 40% more mileage than petrol and b,cos a difference of Rs 20/- is in the price so I take it as 50% more mileage for an average car like Swift ,wagon r, dezire . So if you run 10 km in petrol you will run 15 km in CNG that means If you buy a monthly petrol of Rs 15000/- you you will spend Rs 10000/- in CNG .So if you spend 12500/- in petrol you will spend Rs 8000/- approx .in CNG .You save Rs 4500/- or 5000/- maximum . So Sir your calculation is wrong .😊 Jai Hind
@@foodking5220 your 40 percent more average than petrol rule is quite scientific and I think this rule is proved since time immemorial.
I have a daily run of around 60 kms,morning time light to medium traffic evening time heavy traffic.Average comes around 11 to 13.That implies around Rs 450 of petrol daily basis.on a 30 days routine it comes around 13000 Rs.
For the same period I run on cng and I have to fill tank either on third day return trip or 4th day return that depends on traffic conditions.and gas pressure at cng station..
The average in medium to heavy condition comes out to be 26(this average includes light morning traffic and medium to high evening traffic) ofcourse driving style also needs to be taken into consideration (I am often a light footed driver).
The other conditions are type,age,fitness of vehcile.
So your 50 percent rule is quite an oversimplification that's why I have shared my practical observation.
You might have heard of story about mathematician calculating average height of family before letting them drown in river.
So it's better to value experience than theory

Good calculation. Missed part is city traffic average wherein same car gives petrol average of 12km and cng ave 18-20km
So a mixed calculation of 500city+ 500!highway or 750city+250 highway is required

I m running my celerio on cng .. mene retrofit karvaya tha 32000 me ab almost near to 1 lack kilometre. It gives almost 40/km/kg without AC or 35 km/kg in Gujarat
Jab mene cng lagaya tab cng ka bhav 45/kg tha pisle 2 sal me mene price hike dekha .I have almost saved lots of money. Celerio me city me 17 ka or highway me 21 ka milage milta he petrol me. Jo AP bta rahe he uske hisab se cng ka cervice har 3 sal me hota he.(regular). Baki sab to petrol vala regular service hi hota he. AJ Tak meri clutch plates bhi nahi badli mene. Abhi Tak koi issue Aya hi nahi.
1000 km ka long drive me kafi bar kar chuka hu. Bs apko apni car ko achche chalana he. Major service me battery or tyres sirf change hue or ek bar break pads . Apko isme shell ka cng compitable oil ata he woh dalvana he.har 10k km pr. Oil filter ko change karvate rahena or air filter saf karvate rahena he. Har subah jab AP gadi ko start karte ho to bas 5to 7 minutes ke liye warm hone dena he . Dekhna kabhi koi issue hoga hi nahi. After 1 lack km me brezza cng me hi upgrade kravunga after all cng is value for money nowadays. Future ke bare me soch rahe to to dekh Lena petrol ka price hamesha cng price se age hi rha he. Cng value for money😊

WagonR ka average city me 13-14 Kmpl is the highest on Petrol and on CNG average is around 26-27 per kg. So compare as per this

Petrol 98 and cng 75
After running 1 lakh km petrol car will cost 2.2 lakh costlier than cng
If one is not in mood to sell the car and can run more than 1lakh then cng will be cheaper. Not necessarily you run it in 5years you can run it in 10 years but assuming petrol and cng price difference remain same.

Same calculation aap agar city ke hisab se karoge to 2 saal me recover ho jaenge paise..
For petrol
1000/12=83 approx
83x100= 8300 per month
For cng
1000/20= 50
50x75= 3750
Total amount difference 8300-3750= 4550
120000/4550 = 26 approx months i.e. 2 years me hi cng ke paise vasool ho jaenge ..
Aur agar koi delhi se bahar rehte hain to 3 saal me ho jaenge paise pure..

Me bangalore me rehta hu, mere bhi 3 yr me paise nikal jayenge shayad. Maine Altroz xm+ icng gadi liya hai which ofers bootspace with cng kit. Bangalore me petrol is 102₹, cng is 82₹ and diesel is 88₹ as on today prices

ये हुआ सिर्फ 4साल का ओर आगे देखो

11x 12=132 महीने और
पेट्रोल 132x 4800=633600
Cng 132x 2500=330000
Cng गाड़ी 3 लाख का प्रॉफिट फिर भी दे रही है ।मध्यम वर्ग के लिए मायने रखता है ।
ओर रिसेल वैल्यू सीएनजी गाड़ी कंपनी फिटेड हाथो हाथ आधी रात को भी बिक जाती है पेट्रोल की गाड़ी के कोई रेट भी नही लगता ।

I have a wagonr cng from last 2 yrs and I have completed only 15000 kms . let's calculate
Cng
15000 /30= 500 kgs of cng
Now
500 *87 = ₹43500
Petrol
15000/20 = 750 ltrs
750* 107 = ₹80250
Difference
80250 - 43500 = ₹36750
If I owned my car for 15yrs then
18375 *15 = ₹275625 ( profit)
Cng is cleanest fuel and as we know how pollution increases day by day, so I contribute to our environment from my side.
And finally wear and tear
If someone is investing 8-10 lakhs rupees then he/she must have ability to afford it.
Note :- My running is lower than his calculation.
And last but not the least I have two options available for driving my car.

Very nice video.. my drive is 6k to 7k per year.. I bought cng wagon R in 2012, when it was just 25k costly.but now I am buying a petrol car as 1lakh difference of CNG car is huge . And my running is so less.. For cng car owners.. if you run 65000 kms in 10 yrs you save just less han Rs 55k in 10 years.. now there are calculators on goggle which can show you savings on fuel per year

We all remember how prices were hiked

That’s the rate of increase.
I’m seeing petrol prices at about ₹150-₹180 in 2026-27 when EV infrastructure will develop.
But EV production is hazardous and ppl don’t know that.
In 2024 CNG is the most sensible option even if you can get an upper variant of petrol only just by spending ₹5K more

Yes my calculation also suggests saving of 2 lakh on cng compared to petrol for running of 1 lakh km. Doesn't matter how much time you take 5 year or 10 years. Assuming petrol and cng price difference will remain same
