I was convinced my bb was creaking, even after removing and refitting it, so I got a replacement. And still the creak persisted. So I removed, cleaned and refitted the saddle, and hey presto! No more creak 😞
Disc brake noise is caused by toasting the rotor/pads too. Some people do this with the bed-in, setting themselves up with noise from day 1 that doesn't really go away unless you buy new rotors/pads.

I'd say to be careful with the grease on bolts especially when the grease don't have any space to go when the bolt is fastened. Because the grease isn't compressible you might think that you fastened the bolt at the right torque but instead you trapped the grease at the bottom of the threaded hole and the bolt is a couple of threads loose.

My bike has external routed cables the supplied clips didn’t hold them tight, tapping cables on the frame is really annoying too

Alway make sure there isn’t any dirt or dust stuck in between the seat tube and seat posts or saddle rails and saddle rail clamps.
