Phoenix Kappashiro I'd say yonder voice did a pretty good job on their recent arrangement, akatsuki did one too, but they're akatsuki so I'm sure you can guess how that one is, but yeah, I've noticed a distinct lack of TBPNLC arranges, kinda upsetting ain't it?
It's upsetting to me that Vanishing Dream ~ Lost Dream gets no arrangements as well. Occasionally I find random Kana fans making their own music (there's only one good one I found) but no more than that. Kana is getting lower on the popularity poll and so is her theme :(
