Os caras dependem única e exclusivamente da barra azul…sendo que o char no modo azul (sem usar a barra) já tem melhorias em relação aos outros modos…mas nem isso…os caras só entram no jogo quando estouram a barra…

But in Japan you have to admit its like that in every Game. In a3 you have Guy who only Play their Main chara. In 3s also. Those are Hardcore Specialists and will lose in Bad Match Up and never switch regardless.
I don't believe this is macro... For exemple: 1:01:34 he hits the special Guy and try to combo after this, he miss and stop. If was a macro plp, the guy will do the full combo in the air....

No FightCade 2 tem um tal de 'Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper Turbo 2' que é uma versão com mais personagens. Porque o pessoal não joga ele ?

Scott is the better player. The other Guy can only repeat the same moves over and over.
Both of them are good but you have to see that the person who played Guy never switched while Scott had to switch to stand a chance.
Zangief is for dummies. Character is broken and easy to play with
