This is that rare combo of “we deserve more of this character” and “this character doesn’t deserve to live”.
good comment. very good
I desire to see this character in a full tv-show eventually getting gunned down by cops 🥰
@@christopher6267Im just a very slimy type of guy
@@christopher6267 oh man that’s the dream 🥰
Why does he not deserve to live? All he does is have consensual public hookups with ugly women on the beach and sometimes shoot stray dogs.
Also he was punished for his actions since he was forced to live on the beach since nobody will rent to him, at least until he can buy a used 1960s VW Van to live in.

That’s what makes the whole bit work imo !
Except the PACK of cigarettes. Should’ve gotten a vintage style pack. That aside, everything else is perfect.
@@ryanwilliams805 thinking of vintage packs made me think of my grandma’s house as a kid. She had a machine to load a single paper, tobacco, and slide the chamber to pack a cigarette. I remember my music history professor talking a lot about Antonio Frankfurt's humongous impact on Bossa Nova. We would spend whole lectures on analyzing his music, watching documentaries about him. A true pioneer, the king of Bossa Nova. I'm so sad the stray dogs took revenge on him, a tragic ending to a genius' life and career. 🙏

Devastated isn't exactly the word I'd use to describe how I felt when they finally found his body... haha!
I heard he was riding a horse when it kicked him into the ocean
Well they did never confirm if the washed up body was in fact Frankfurt. They just assume so given the circumstances. Terrible what happened. Who’d have thought a simple pinwheel could do that to a person.

Antonio was truly one of the greatest musical minds of the 1960s. From his groundbreaking solo catalog, to his famous collaborations with The Beatles or Elvis Presley. When he was found dead on that beach in the early months of 1968, the world truly lost a genius.
It's too bad that they found the bodies of his wife and 14 other women under his home.
However I know there are claims of some saying they saw him live in ‘84 🤨 perhaps Frankfurt faked his death to avoid charges for his crimes?

Então eu deito-a
Carinhosamente evitando suas perebas
E então fazemos amor

He triples down on that with lyrics "I've commited so many (war) crimes", and "mostly for killing stray dogs" confirms Antonio's psychopathy 🤣
There's also an old timey 60's thing he's trying to do with the accent that makes it harder to nail. Reminds me of how Ricardo Montalbán's accent doesn't sound like a modern Mexican accent.
