emma is the reason i wake up every morning, emma is the reason i find the mental strength to go to the gym, cook meals, and get dressed. she truly doesn't know the massive impact she has on us. she's the sister i never had but needed. she's the friend you trust. she's my best friend but doesn't know who i am. her little pep talks at the end of some videos telling us its gonna be ok and to keep going as well as her forehead kiss is what gets me through the day. i think i can speak for us all when i say we are all so grateful for emma, all she does and how real she is with all of us. we love you emma

erasing tiktok was the best decision I made, it’s too addicting. I’d rather read, play some vinyl, go for a walk, play with my dog, ANYTHING except go on there again. I’m really glad you’re taking the necessary steps to feel better. You’re making an effort and it shows. I wish I had more time to meditate but journaling and reading are great. Keep it up.
Also, the gym is great. I started going in March and I love it. It helps a lot with my depression and also to feel good about my body. Exercise does the body (mental + physical) wonders. xoxo

I get what ur saying but TikTok is so much fun though. If you keep it limited to certain chunks of time and/or contexts (waiting on line somewhere, in the bathroom, a few mins before bed) it is ok. So much culture emanates from there now so I feel like I'm missing out on stuff if I don't log on for a while

The gym makes me feel so happy and good about myself. That isn’t a bad thing. Some people that workout are a little obsessed with themselves but there are people who don’t workout who are obsessed with themselves too. Who cares!!! It makes me happy and I’m working towards the bod I want!!!(: and it helps my mental, it really does!! That’s originally why I started going back recently
