Emma’s videos literally made me change my whole approach to my depressive and anxiety episodes. Where instead of wallowing in self hate or self pity, I just try to be my own best friend. I can poke fun at myself for being down but at the same time I force myself to do things that I would normally enjoy.
She is so comforting. She’s so honest about how she’s feeling and how it makes it hard to do anything, like shower or exercise. Makes me feel less alone and guilty :)

It’s usually warm from like 12pm-4pm in the winter time but before 12 and after 4 it’s chilly so we have to take long sleeves w us or always have jackets in the car. Especially LA since it’s next to the beach
