- Four Things you Should Avoid at All Costs:
1. Don't worry about things that haven't happened yet. As Seneca says, excessive worry is unnecessary.
2. Don't think you know everything; we can let it go. We don't need to have an opinion on everything or judge everything we see and hear.
3. Don't complain. Marcus Aurelius writes in his Meditations; “Don’t be overheard complaining…Not even to yourself.”. If you simply take things as they are, you'll have less to complain about.
4. Don't be too busy. Do one thing at a time and focus on what you can control to achieve your goals.

Thank you this is noted
1. Don't worry of what has happened yet
2. Don't be to busy, focus
3. Don't think you Know everything, let it go ..
4. Don't be seen complaining take things the way they're
Things to avoid at all cost, right?
Accept the past.
Cultivate focus amid busyness.
Embrace humility; release the illusion of knowing all.
Embrace circumstances without complaint.

Great! Highly noted for our daily life....
A much needed word 🙏🙏🙌🙌👠👠
Thank you very much.🎉👍
Worry is for those without action, when one is motion. He is shielded by way of his attention. Being focused on outcomes rather than obstacles.
Thanks for sharing awesome massage 😊

That was the best piece of advice my Mum has ever given me…
“Carol, never worry aboot things that might never happen”
All through my life came through Horrible Trans Mitters at me…none of that ever happened though…my Mum is so correct and very astute.
I have now switched those Trans 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 Mitters off permanently….
I like these new Trans Mitters though haha. 🌝😅
Much love humble just living my life my way and being my authentic self staying in my own lane
Thank you yes right Amen
Thank you for this❤
Absolutely 💯 I’m working hard on this.
Worry is often combined with meditation-again, everything is a refining process that also helps inner growth. I believe that those who are given more more is expected-one helps the other. Rather than write it off as anxiety & depression, it is often just part of a period of suffering that needs a cure. Flipping such words in the faces of those who are suffering is more of a setback than a helping hand or heart. A black & white approach can still sit on the shelf but a more wholistic approach is most likely best. There are always more than one cure.
Your insight is invaluable, and I appreciate your thoughtful perspective. It's true that the refining process often involves elements like worry and meditation, contributing to inner growth. Recognizing suffering as part of a period that requires a cure is an empathetic approach. Indeed, a holistic perspective allows for multiple cures, acknowledging the individuality of experiences. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and emphasizing the importance of a nuanced understanding. 🌿💙
I often complain about being too busy, and I worry about not knowing enough about the things I complain about.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words you shared with us.😂❤😅
I know everything God is here God do not complain❤❤❤
Thanks 🙏👍 dear ❤❤❤😊

This all in the world i needed at this phase of life
Thanks so true I kind of worry to much about the future death or being sick which it’s all going to happen to all of us one day . So I try to live in the present and enjoy each day as a gift especially I just turn 65 and realize time is flying by it’s what that time I have left to make it count ❤
lol ummm 🤔 But This video is pretty MUCH Saying Every Thing Not to Do, 😂
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's a beautiful realization to cherish each day as a gift and focus on the present. Embracing the moments and making them count is a wonderful way to navigate through life. Happy belated 65th birthday! Here's to making the most of the time ahead. 🎉✨
@@dd-em7hh Haha, I appreciate your perspective! It might seem like a list of things not to do, but sometimes, recognizing what to avoid can guide us towards a more positive and fulfilling life. If you have any thoughts on what to focus on instead, feel free to share! 😊🌟
@@stoicwisdomquotes thanks ☺️
mortality casts its shadow over us all, yet it is in recognizing its inevitability that we find the impetus to live fully in the present. Each passing moment is a precious gift, a chance to cultivate wisdom, to nurture relationships, and to contribute meaningfully to the tapestry of existence. Embrace the present, for it is the only moment in which true living occurs. Let your days be adorned with purpose and gratitude, and let the passage of time be a reminder to cherish the richness of experience.
Statutes, Stipulations, Regulations, Decrees, Rules, Commands and Order. Hallelujah Amen. I'm grateful. Thank you God Almighty 🍀 Amen 💖💸🎼😇

Unique and Special.❤
the pursuit of virtue requires steadfastness. Avoid, then, the shackles of passion, the tumult of excess, the folly of ignorance, and the seduction of vice. Stay vigilant, and let reason guide your steps toward tranquility.

Beautiful, I love this.
Dwelling on past mistakes can’t help us, worry and anxiety about the future can’t help us, there’s only the present.

Not complaining; now that's a good one!!!
No that's quite a misleading information...we have to reason with and complain constantly, not for emotional and personal reasons now no, if newton never cared about the apple falling on to him or just let things happen they way they happen he would never find out gravity, many many examples.
I do not agree with not complaining.
Don't complain, don't worry, don't have a opinion on everything, don't be too busy 😊
lol ummm 🤔 But This video is pretty MUCH Saying Every Thing Not to Do, 😂
You've summed it up perfectly! 😊 These simple yet powerful principles can make a significant difference in our lives. Embracing a mindset of less complaining, worry, and busyness while being mindful of our opinions can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling journey. Keep shining bright! ✨
Ya thank you very sorry
Abstain from complaint, worry, excessive opinions, and busyness.
So if a person doesn't say anything like (complain) So are you saying to just take it up the A**!
Right from the beginning don't worry about things that haven't happen yet😂
This video is so stupid!
So when things happen, that's when the person should think about it 😂
If the person, thinks before it happens! The person won't need to worry because when the person knows not to do it, it's the best thing so you don't have to go through the bullshit because you're smarter not to deal with what you know that will happen!
So think before what could happen! Only smart people know what's better instead of listening to this idiot saying not to do!🤦♂️🙄 your a 🤡 period!....
Powerful 🔥🔥
Thank you 💯
You're very welcome.
3. is easier said than done to yourself. The accuser is a lier. Stay Awesome
You're absolutely right - resisting the urge to complain, even to ourselves, can be challenging. The inner dialogue can be deceptive. Remembering that the accuser within is a liar is a powerful perspective. Stay strong and focused on the positive. You're doing awesome! 💪
True words
In some cases you have to complain in order to get justice
True sir 🙏🏽
Every time I put max effort but get minimum views compared to what I expected. So I came to the conclusion that the best approach is simply to enjoy the process, learn something in every upload and don’t try to force cos it will definitely come 💯
Amen😇♥️🙏
Amen 🙏
I agree 100%
Amen 🙏 thank you God all your blessings 🙏 and love ❤️
Good advice for non-psychics. For the talented few that is not an option.
