I loved William jan berry and dean torrence and my parents did too but the song called the dead men's curve is a very sad song because both my mother and a good friend of mine had a very bad car accident and my mother passed away from the injuries that caused her to have a coma and she never got out of the coma I miss her terribly now if you are going to be going somewhere in a hurry be careful because the roads and the side walks and the parking lots are full of snow and ice sincerely Shannon
Who did this first, Jan & Dean or the 4 Seasons? Who wrote it? I often wonder if Jan & Dean's false setto style set the standard for Beach Boys and 4 Seasons.
@@Soapking1965 Not exactly all songs but almost all, they would do covers if other people's songs from time to time, but this song is originally Four Seasons.
The backing track is VERY basic. The drums are the most prominent instruments, which isn't good. In my Seasons playlist with superior original. Thanks for the upload!

Frankly much better than Four Seasons plastic fantastic sound on this. Actually I did like Frankie and company but Jan&Dean were pretty good themselves.

the Four Seasons in 1963. Bob Gaudio wrote the song, as he did all of the songs by the 4 seasons.

Mike Love would've been great on a lot of Frankie Valli songs with his low voice.
