Djembe Diyamu at Women's Drum Center Annual Concert 2023

Dejembe Diyamu performs a medley of 3 songs: Dallah - a Malinke rhythm from Guinea, Fakoli Djembe - a song dedicated to Fakoli Kourouma, famous medicine manwho lived in the mid 1200s and finally Inika Mamady composed by Dan Engebretson to thank and honor Mamady Kieta. Dan Engebretson leads this advanced West AFrican ensemble - a co-ed group meeting weekly on Sundays.
