Thank you for letting me know. I’m just using a free video editing software on my phone and occasionally it glitches. The sound levels drop down at the 3 minute mark I believe if you want to jump to that part (it’s right before the actual grocery haul).

Sure it’s super easy. We just add equal parts coconut oil and baking soda, mush it together and then we add a few drops of peppermint oil (food grade of course). It takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but we have had good results with it. You can also add bentonite clay to it and xylitol if you have sensitive gums.

I have found organic brown rice cakes at dollarama and a couple other organic items like organic coconut sugar and yes i did research the company as i thought it was a scam! 😂

They are ! I just got them off of Amazon Canada a little while ago. I think I searched for « linen dresses ».
I have started using salt in my dishwasher because I didn't want stuck on chemicals on my dishes. It is working well.

It’s called Green Beaver. We also use their Castile soap and love it.
I understand I try to get organic food as much as possible but it’s so expensive so I do get other food too
It’s so hard to justify the expense. I totally feel you on that. We just need to do the best we can with our budgets and when I do chose to buy non organic produce I don’t feel bad about it.
Can or dehydrate the squash too.
