You can use lighter fluid to clean the residue around the stickers, but use it gently to not remove the stickers too. Keep uploading those restorations!
I though, completely remove the stickers that are like this with lighter fuid , clean them from the residue again with the lighter fluid and re-apply them with glue stick, epsecially if the the surfaces are flat.

Great tip! I will try that as well. Always been afraid of getting it under the edge of the decal and lifting it
