What help was he going to receive?? When the case is not fightable you don't need anymore since you're guilty by the fact and also he could plead not guilty and then he'll need a legal representation to help him out but in this situation he had better learned a listen. I know I did when I had to go to trial twice fighting an attempted murder case that got dropped to assault with a deady weapon misdemeanor and got released since there wasn't sufficient. It's a long story I had to go through this is no joke. And btw this is just a hearing not the actual trial lmao Unless he pleads guilty and then he'll get sentenced
The system is not how you think it is and heck most prisoners know more than the actual COs like I thought I was gonna get sentenced for a heavy crime (I did my time I'm a changed man) and turns out they were gonna release me. I did have to say thanks to my attorney though because I'm not off the hook that easily I'm on court probation for like 3 years.😂 Beats the original 6-8 years in prison
