Pro tip... When super duper pops, it won't pop again consecutively.. exit out of craft menu after it pops and start craft again. It will pop consistently 1st or 2nd craft doing it this way
Have several of the plans from the raids, haven't even checked them out. I've been scrapping everything I get without learning a single thing for nearly a month or so. Suddenly today I learned three within a half hour. No four stars but *unyielding, ***Intelligence and ***agility, that works for me.
Very helpful. I've been doing tons of raids. Very few mods, no learned crafting mods. I have terrible luck. I've scrapped so many weapons with nothing. What mods boxes I do get are junk ones ill never use. I seriously need some viper's and pyromaniacs.

Same as you, played in the original beta. I started playing again as a level 50 less than a year ago. At ~480 now. Do the daily tasks, and there's a lot of XP gained from the expeditions, and make sure you're getting gold. Watching some of WestTek's beginner videos will probably still be a useful refresher, especially for updated perk cards for builds.
I also bought it at release. Played for a bit and didnt like it at first and put it away for a few years now ive been playing the last 2 and half years as a fallout 1st member im at lvl 982 and i just recently hit the wall like i got sick of the game its nothing but grind and spending atoms on new things, i have so much stuff i cant remember what i all have.

You’ll get used to it. Research the raids and boardwalk expedition. You’ll get a lot of good stuff from doing those. You’re probably not ready for raids just yet so do plenty of research before you give it a go and get the armor you need to tank those bosses.
If they do add more legendary star effects I hope at least one set will be adding elemental damage effects. Like in FO4 with fire, cryo, energy, poison and radiation. Give your non-elemental weapons some oomph.
Don't worry, as soon as you get something that works there will be a combat rebalance cycles that will make it worthless. There's no point chasing any specific weapon anymore because as soon as you do it gets "rebalanced"
For a .month ago, I scraped a vulcan pa piece with limit breaking and learned the limit breaking 4 star mod at first try. The next day, i did same with another piece with Aegis , and learned that too😂
Ive heard also they are adding the ability to Scrap the Legendary MODS for Script and a Chance to learn the plan ! I LOVE THIS IDEA ! I have stuck tons of the ones no one uses in the red Boxes at trainstations haha

the furthest i have gotten in a raid is to where the first robot thing heats up the room, then after the doors opened i noticed the armor had come back and i left the raid lol. i dont know how anyone could have done 200 already lol
You need to do it in a group. The best way to damage the shield is to have a vampire weapon for healing, use bullet shield and ricochet skills, and the boss will hurt itself. I am using holy fire and only hitting the boss when it is targeting me.
Putting this out there but I cannot get any weapon plans to drop besides the boiling point. I got it once and then I’ve never gotten any of the other weapon plans after 2000 gaurdian kills and 100 snake kills so at this point I’m fairly sure the plan drops are bugged 😅 but I’ve got plenty of the canteen backpack mod plans lmao
Pfftt...learning any four star mods? Maaaaan, I'm having a hell of a time learning THREE star mods! Every time Eviction Notice pops up, I'm there on a team collecting as much legendary gear as possible and I've only learned three THREE star mods so far. Four star mod plans from my raid attempts? Not a single plan learned(have earned two 4 star modules, but no plans), but then again my problem is my character isn't built to be able to solo the Gleaming Depths raid and the stupid even crashes on me so much I never get to finish it...or the high level leader of the team bumps me off for a higher ranked(four figured) player to join the raid party instead. I have yet to complete the entire event.

this are all the armor ones you can unlock easily just doing raids and scrapping armor rewards. I got unlocked all of these, but didn't craft any, it's too expensive in legendary modules comparing to time of raids to get loose mods as a rewards.

@michaelwalters1375 what I saw in the video was that he learned additional, different mods by building and the scrapping a single type of mod. To be clear, he wasn't building weapons and the attaching legendaries to the weapons. He was just building the mods themselves and then scrapping them. At one point he was scrapping multiple instances of the Cauterizer mod and learned the 3 star Lucky mod as a result.
I've only been farming the first boss so I haven't gotten the other plans yet but I must be at a thousand runs give or take and the only 1 I have learned is from this method of scrapping the Valkyrie. Nor have I been able to get the Jetpack in all those runs... Of course how long have mod boxes been out now? Cause I just unlocked Thru-Hikers today...

Can you do a video explaining the best power armor legendary effects for raids? I have a sound weapon and can carve through every boss but I get KOed in raids fast in mostly Overeaters.
Try union power armor with troubleshooter as first star, poison resistance as second. The third and fourth are optional. The first star works for the first stage, the second star and union poison resistance for the last stage. Also you may need power armor reboot skill for the second stage.
There is a big bug for the game on ps5 ps4 ....nobody take nothing when scrap or in better case take very less .that is completely different on pc ..and give more ,,and that method working good .also the bug on console ps5 ps4 is for armor and weapons of course
I'm still trying to find Pounder's.... That's all I need to be able to solo the guardian and farm him before Bethesda patches Pounder's, but I have been searching vendors for a LONG time and playing raids and have yet to get one. I have a AA Auto Axe, but it does not seem to do near enough damage and I can not solo the guardian with it. I JUST NEED POUNDERS! LOL
Same, have done the raid at least a hundred times and not a single pounders box nor lucky on the 3 times I've got a random weapon with it. Though I do run a near full health (just for a little extra damage from adrenaline reaction mutation) build with using a vampire's minigun whenever it shoots at me, with using around 24 luck ricochet and bullet shield. I also use the electric absorption legendary card to charge up my fusion core as vats burns through the charge fast (the guardian doesn't trigger the legendary card, the laser turrets on the 2nd half of the boss do however)
There are times the game will lock you out and make it impossible to learn any more plans. After an update or some random time at locations like 25 hours it will let you, You can tell when you scrap tons of crap and get nothing. I already learned choo choos and reflective from sticking the mods on armor and scrapping them. Want to carry the crap and be ready to scrap it when you are not locked out. About 3 mods away from knowing all 3 star and below.
If raids were also geared for non PA players, and the 4 stars for armor weren't 90% for PA players only, I'd probably try them. Fail on Bethesda's part.
Good advice BUT most of them are garbage and not the ones you really want, B or C level. I scrap these anyway, so not sure if I'd waste the modules doing this.

LOL! Content creators are hilarious (I say this as one, albeit a very small channel) . They say "fast way to learn 4 star effects", just run raids to learn 4 star weapon plans and then spend a crapload of resources and Legendary Modules to craft then scrap said 4 star weapons ;but there's barely any one doing raids anymore and glitching the Guardian solo is really hard unless your character is stacked (my level 365 character in Vulkan PA (1 piece with reflective) and with a Furious Auto Axe can only take down like 25% of the shield before he turns and kills me instantly, even with every food buff imaginable and Fury or w/e chem is similar.
here I was, thinking I was gonna learn some new useful trick.... but no, this is just : get the plans for 4 stars legendaries, craft them and then scrap them. thank you, captain obvious. and you're making a video for that ? really ?
Don't bother unlocking 4 stars. Trust me you wont craft them. I got 12 of 4 stars unlocked (almost all armor ones) and didn't craft any. Just count how much time is to collect 120 legendary modules, and how much time of raids is to just get them as rewards. Not worth it, save your modules.

1. You get better drops from farming en06 with multiple other people. 2. You get better drops from the later stages in the raid.
This will be easier when they release mod box scrapping

There's a new way to farm it by entering a power armor while the guardian activates. Look it up. It's still possible to farm with a pounders AA
@paulocabral4563 well I never got a pounders mod before when I was farming by myself so I guess I'm outta luck.
U did this in the fat plasma to get the one then farmed like 300 server hips to get three of each of the new garling plasma mods
I did this to get the gattling plasma mod sorry dam phone changed to fat plasma

There is a threshold you must meet. Troubleshooters armor for the guardian, for example.
If you're able to find a raid party to help ya then that'll help out

It usually takes me just about 4-5 minutes per solo, depending on my reloading times for my gatling plasma
For me, learned 4 star at the same rate. Don’t think there is a real difference. Learned 5 of them so far.

LOL! Content creators are hilarious (I say this as one, albeit a very small channel) .
They say "fast way to learn 4 star effects", just run raids to learn 4 star weapon plans and then spend a crapload of resources and Legendary Modules to craft then scrap said 4 star weapons ;but there's barely any one doing raids anymore and glitching the Guardian solo is really hard unless your character is stacked (my level 365 character in Vulkan PA (1 piece with reflective) and with a Furious Auto Axe can only take down like 25% of the shield before he turns and kills me instantly, even with every food buff imaginable and Fury or w/e chem is similar.
here I was, thinking I was gonna learn some new useful trick....
but no, this is just : get the plans for 4 stars legendaries, craft them and then scrap them.

Don't bother unlocking 4 stars. Trust me you wont craft them. I got 12 of 4 stars unlocked (almost all armor ones) and didn't craft any. Just count how much time is to collect 120 legendary modules, and how much time of raids is to just get them as rewards. Not worth it, save your modules.
