Acidic strength in m & p isomers of benzoic acid is directly proportional to the -M & -I and also inversely proportional to the+M & +I, because in -M effect 1st atom of connected group recieves electrons, and - ve charge stabilises an electronegative atom.(forms anion)
If anion becomes stable it means H+ ions remain dissociated for long time, hence increases acidity ..... hope it helps you ❤️

Ortho nitrophenol is less acidic than para nitrophenol because of the intermolecular hydrogen bonding which makes the loss of proton very difficult.
That's not o- Nitro phenol , that is ortho - Nitro benzoic acid . And there is no intramolecular hydrogen bonding in between ortho no2 and cooh so that is more acidic. It looks like there is a intramolecular hydrogen bonding but in a 3D structure there is no intramolecular hydrogen bonding.
Let's go with ortho effect that's preety good concept rather than hydrogen bonding in case of COOH . But you can use hydrogen bonding in phenol.
