Fukujun clearly wasn't channeling Asahi when he was cooking, no. He was channeling Koro-sensei.
He is maybe the fastest talking voice actor of note.
I feel like Matsuoka is enjoying the social distancing when he's in real life interactions between Seiyuus promoting the anime.

仮に痩せてもムキムキというレベルではないと思います。
