    There's something rather captivating about that moment at 2:40, when Diane goes tumbling over the door, and we can imagine Walt just dropping the camera and rushing over to her.

    very touching video!! after going to the Walt Disney family museum and reading that Diane had recently passed was very sad. you can see the love walt had for his little girl especially when she toppled over the door & him rushing to her. RIP Diane. I totally recommend the museum to any fan of Walt Disney it a very moving and touching tribute about him that his daughter brought to reality. :o)

      Chloe Truong Diane Disney died in November 2013. Walt's younger daughter Sharon died in 1993. Actually, his wife Lillian lived until 1997.

      Yes, exactly! It seems incredible that this great and famous genius also had time for his family, a man of other times as there is no more in the entertainment world ... great Walt!

    Wow! There's like a whole lot of rare footage of Walt and his family over there! Makes me want to go the the Family Museum in San Francisco.

      Is obviously rare because that footage has a personal value to the Disney family like footage of every family.

    • @wpontius4355

      Walt was very devoted to Lilly. He was a private man, enjoyed spending his free time at home with family. His wife Lilly was no push over, she wouldn't have tolerated infidelity.

      @@wpontius4355 Doubt that B.S. They should do DNA testing on his "adopted" daughter. The master of blackmail Lyndon Johnson could even own his ass after he appeared with Eisenhower at the 1964 Republican National Convention with that Freedom Medal presentation. LBJ definitely had to have known bad stuff about him in order to pull off that feat during an election year; Walt had been a Republican since, at most, the 1940s, so it wouldn't make sense to have such a grand photo opportunity with him during his 1964 election.

    • @wpontius4355
      @wpontius4355 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@minewheaties5029 Have no idea what that political gibberish has to do with Walt being a faithful husband or the adoption of his daughter. Walt helped Eisenhower with his campaign, Republican or Democrat so what? Believe what you want.

    • @minewheaties5029
      @minewheaties5029 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wpontius4355 Adultery daughter could be confirmed through DNA testing. Lyndon Johnson was advanced when it came to the art of blackmail, so to get Disney to shake his hand in front of a camera and award him the Freedom Medal during his 1964 re-election year shows a lot. He most certainly would've backed Goldwater.
