The difference after you gave it a good polish is astounding you'd never guess it started out as a satin finish you did a really great job with that Double, the choice in going with the chrome pick up covers really suits the overall finished look but installing that string butler was by far the best decision you made the results from such a straightforward install made a substantial difference with the tuning stability it's an impressive piece of kit man! I really like the tone you've dialled in for this video what gear did you use?
Hey Mathew, thanks a ton! I really appreciate all of it, I love how the guitar came out. For these tones, I am straight into Polychrome DSP. It’s a great plug in, and I use it for quick captures or some lessons. I can’t recommend it enough!🤘🏻 The next video I have coming up will have something similar, as far as the project aspect. But I will be using my wet dry wet tube amp setup for tones😉, keep an eye out for that one.
@Double D guitar I'll definitely be checking out the next video man I take your advice on board and to date it's never failed me yet, I'm only just starting to explore plugins I was a tube amp and pedal board purist up until a few months ago when I got the Boss GX-100 and that started my journey into the digital world thanks for sharing about Polychrome dsp I'll be checking that out coz the tone on this video is really sweet
Nice clean up of the Les Paul. The satin finish is remarkable and needed touching up. No pick guard, don’t hide the beautiful finish. Nice work. Cool Little sting butler

A Les Paul needs brilliance. Otherwise you won't be able to enjoy the beauty of the arched top and wood grain.
