- After creating Heaven and Earth, God sought a man who would obey His commandments and be loyal to His authority. This man was found in Abram who became known as Abraham. He was given a series of commands which were followed completely. God Almighty gave Abraham and his descendants the land of Israel, and God made a personal covenant with Abraham: "I will bless you and make your name great," (Gen. 12:2).
Pray for the People of Jerusalem! Pray for Israel!
In not ONE new testament passage is either an individual or a local assembly or the entire Church directed to pray for either the physical descendants of Jacob (unbelieving Jews) or for present Jerusalem. Why do you suppose that is...?

What's amazing is that God regretted that he created man makes me feel so less important because I appreciate my existence but it seems like for what the then, it honestly feels like we were a failed experiment. I think we need to be really specific how we are to support Israel. I get the feeling that many Christians blindly trust the Israeli government to do what is right. We just need to realize that most Jews will perish when it's all said and done due to lack of belief in Christ. So although God has a plan for a certain group of Jews you still have many others who despise it when you talk about Christ. So when it comes down to it you have Jews doing the devil's work also.
For God does not show favoritism. Romans 2:11. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them Matthew 7:20.
Because He had the first choice.

Angels Worship the Lamb
