What happens? You learn to use such established symbols to write english alphabets for english words over the weekend. Spelling problem is discarded. See the problem now: th of three, th of this and th of thin. Only problem is that there is no symbol for fan, since no such sound is used. So, extra horizontal bar at the top of f may be adapted. Fawn will use only ◌ా symbol at the top of f (So, no additional horizontal bar at the top). faw of fawn will be covered with f with ◌ా symbol at the top and n with ్ symbol at the top.
Do not learn any other letters from the suggested language. Use only the symbols drawn from it. Find these Telugu symbols online and learn over the weekend. Any English sentence can be written based on sound with the help of these symbols. What happens to books already written with usual spelling? Some plastic or glass plate device above a page should be made to traslate back and forth as needed. Google already translates all languages of the world.
Similarly z is out. Get, Girl etc., will use Letter g. But, Jet, Germany, Buzzer will use j, jj.
GET = gt with ె at top of letter g and ్ at top of letter t(For example, like this: గెట్).

Let us see how simple it is to write discarding the Spelling Trap of English Script.
త్రీ for Three. See how easy it is to write in that script, if programmers allow addition of the same Symbols to the English Alphabets also like in Alphabets of that Language.

For Thee, తీ with the Top Symbol added to త;
త్రీ for Three with Additional Bottom symbol added to తీ for R.
దిస్ for This. ది for Thi + S with top symbol.
ధిన్ for Thin. ధి for Thi + N with top symbol.
(Why 3 separate letters for Th in that language? It is because it is based on different sounds used. In English, we can use 1 or 2 Horizontal Bars at the top of the letters to specify the sound). Well, we use Sue and Sew with different spelling, Right?
Again, I am sorry for not writing in English because those symbols cannot be added to English letters for now.
Pretty soon, it will be made possible by the programmers if they intend to do it. What happens to old English Literature? A device with a glass Plate that would translate into new script or Vice versa when placed on a page will help.

What are the symbols that turn Spelling based English Script into Sound Based Script?
Some symbols are at the top. Some symbols are on the right side of the letter and Some symbols are at the bottom of the letter.
We can add these these symbold to English Alphabets on piece of paper, yes.
Since we are not yet allowed to add these symbols to English letters online, I am using the letter త for tha with tick mark at the top. Unfortunately, all symbols have o. Hopefully the programmers will remove them.
I should have started all of those below with క, (ka) instead of with త.(tha). My mistake. tha has 3 sounds. Should have been easier to learn with క, (ka) for beginners. I realized it only after going deep into it while writing below.
