Hey man, how do you just cut and drag out the object you selected instead of adding a layer mask? I see other people use the move tool with a little scissor icon below it but I can't seem to find that.

I know this comment was posted a yr ago but just in case...If you want to just move a part of a pic or drawing you have, select the lasso tool and trace around the space you want to cut and move. Then select the Move tool at the top of the bar, click on to the area you just selected and it will crop out and you can rearrange it however you want

how to i expand the selection only in a specific area? its leaving out a tiny part of the persons forehead i don't know why. I saw someone use the lasso to drag the border but i cant seem to figure it out
