I hate when hotels look nice when you book, then you get there, and it is dirty. We have seen worse than this. Always check for bedbug! Lol we found someone's underwear and the beds weren't made. We believed that room was not cleaned. They changed us and the next room was clean and comfortable at least. I need to read comments more when booking.
Yeah nothing worse than being tired after a long travel day, than to get to a hotel room that is not ready for you. We always check for bedbugs and have luckily never found any. We found a sweatshirt behind a couch once. We always check Tripadvisor and Google Reviews when booking hotels.
It sounds to me like that particular Hampton Inn and suites needs some serious retraining. Last fall I stayed at the Hampton Inn and suites in Asheville, North Carolina everything there was clean, the inside lobby, and my hotel room looks nearly identical to what I saw in your video. The staff was polite, everything was clean and I didn’t have any issues. Also, the free breakfast was very good, I don’t blame you for not taking a chance on it, though with anything with that dirty, I probably wouldn’t trust her either after that. it’s distressing and very surprising to hear about your negative experience. My family and I had a great time and the difference in my trip versus yours was just night and day as far as the hotel goes. For the record, I’m the kind of person who’s gonna complain when I find things to be unacceptable like that. I would’ve told them right away to either clean the room, better where the switches to a different room. Also, if there is an issue with the bed linens, I would not settle for just having the Hotel employee drop them off and then expecting me to make the bed myself. I’m the kind of person who is immediately going to be on them for not making the bed after all, I’m paying for the service. And if they refuse, I’m going to be at the front desk, yelling and screaming and swearing up a storm Until things are done correctly. For what it cost to stay there, they should be willfully and cheerfully, fixing any issues and more dedicated to preventing them in the first place. I hope that after this negative experience, Hilton offered you one or two free stays or some thing. Hopefully they compensate you in someway.

Oh my!😮 That’s horrible! The sheet would’ve made me demand another room or a refund and leave. I get it the were all tired though. Glad they at least gave you another room. I bet your wife caries gloves, too. Good she had the wipes to clean with. We never leave home without wipes and hand sanitizer. Let us know if Hilton gets back to you and what they say, please. If your on 95, get the --- outta my way 🤣😂
Yeah this hotel didn't give a crap. Girl rolling her eyes on checkout was last straw. She doesn't carry gloves but does wipes and sanitizer. Thanks 4 watching my friend.

Yeah that's why we are honest. No reason to sugarcoat trash. Usually Hampton Inn and Hilton are the preferred hotel brand for us
