Good video, thanks for the tips! Just a little suggestion, it’d be really helpful if you could show the player doing the move in-game, as well as you doing the move in real time after explaining how to do it.
Great Video, love the same foot stop I use it a lot. I have a question about Elite Jump Training 2.0, does it teach the proper Jump technique in any of the workout because I have it and about to start it.
I play sf or sg and I have lots of move for space and shooting (i shoot midrange) but even though I didn’t really need these these are really good tips
I have a month left before the season. If I wanted to improve the most overall and could only use one program, should I use EGT 2.0 or EGT Shooting 2.0? Shooting is my weakness
if you really want to be a great shooter then definitely get elite shooting 2.0, but if you want to work on your all around game that's egt 2.0, if you want to be a better player overall get egt 2.0. elite shooting is 6 weeks long and egt 2.0 is 26 weeks long. another program that could help you prepare for your season is egt reloaded to work on your specific playing style

Practice shooting with your friend, with hand in your face
I’m a center but I’m not that good in the post but I can shoot
so I will use those separation moves to get a good shot off

Coach, i noticed when i do moves towards the basket my jump shot gets block often but when lateral or side steps move i create separation better

Is 3 taps not a travel?
It is a travel only if he catches the ball. If the ball's motion is still alive, he can tap or step as many times as he want.
