Planning a csection with this baby and this was so helpful!! My first csection was an emergency one and my son was in nicu so everything about recovery was a blur. This is so helpful to get myself ready for this go around. ❤️ thank you for the video.

My sis just had her baby today 12/17... yaya!!! It was a C-section as well.. I will be sharing this with her even though this is her 5th child but it’s been 8 yrs..❤️❤️
Wow I’ve watched heaps of c section recovery tips over the past few years with each kid I’ve had and your home tips with the guide for your partner is probably the best one! Definitely would of helped with my second c section cause my husband was off work so he was my only support person at the time. Now I’m expecting my third in November!

What pain medication did you take when you were at the hospital? Did you take any strong pain meds while you were breastfeeding or pumping?
