C Eau Verte goes so well with the air outside in winter, especially if you like me live in the more rural areas where the air is clean. It is something with the magnolia and the tea in Eau Verte that makes the air even more crisp , this perfumes smell like snow to me.
Look at all those Christian Dior! Some shops don’t have that many. I will be wearing Chypre Palatin, Royal Oud and Loewe 7 Anonimo. I will like to try that Mon Numero.
Leather oud is one of my favorite fragrances of all time. I get the image of ghengis khan mongols sitting around a campfire in the desert with their horses.

If you enjoy smoky scents you need to sniff Atelier des Ors Bois Sikar. It’s like burning and charred wood. Also has a tobacco note. Very unique! Almost has a salty vibe. I am sad that they reformulated Leather Oud though, the civet has been very much reduced 😟 I actually enjoyed that note in there a lot, it’s more smoky now than animalic. Wish I could get my hands on an old bottle somehow.

I put a couple sprays of Kerosene Blackmale after a shower , my snoring wife woke up when I went to grab a tv remote beside her. Look into it . 70% Smokey / 15%Berries / 15%Oudish ! She “made” me go wash it off and change my shirt .... good stuff

If people who aren't really into fragrances don't believe fragrance collecting isn't interesting complex or subjective then they haven't listened to Eugene describing a Gucci perfume as smelling like rubbing Vicks vapour rub over dried fish..
if you are acustumed to the quality of guerlain or to that matter chanel and dior, (lower quality than guerlain) dont you find gucci quite cheap and just fucking awefull? its like going back to first class in an airplane , no?
