Treadmill Talks #1 | As Hard As Outdoor Running?

Running outside, at night, after work is unappealing at the moment, so having a treadmill to run on is the dream! (Well, sort of). This is episode one of a new series I am calling Treadmill Talks, where I want to discuss any part of running, baby loss, or any part of my and my families story so far.

*Calling all audio engineers** - I currently film all of my footage on a GoPro Hero 10, however for this series I need a way to record audio without hearing the constant treadmill. Any ideas?!
