Hell same thing, I got out of bed, turned on the outside lights of my house, got back in bed and put the gun under the pillow. I already don’t trust people after some crazy shit in my life, this just reinforces it.
Not all shotgun rounds spread. There's birdshot (small bb's, and alot of them, pretty weak compared to others, like this case), buckshot (big bbs, but less of them), and slugs (single projectile, packs alot of punch) My belief is that the reason ross survived was that the shooter made the poor choice of birdshot (obviously I'm not saying that it was a bad thing that ross survived, just pointing out that a more educated killer would have made a different choice ammo wise). A slug to the chest would have stopped his heart instantly. I love this story. I've watched it atleast 15 times oddly enough. Dont know why, but it is really motivational.
Yeah, you 100%. Birdshot can kill you but it can take awhile for you to die. Mostly from blood loss. If the shooter used 00 buckshot he would have killed him instantly with the shot to the chest. It would have blown his heart apart. That shooter was a fucking idiot, one for even wanting to do it, two for using birdshot, and three for calling a friend and telling him he shot someone. Man this is such an inspirational story. It's a legit miracle Ross survived, even tho it was only birdshot, he still was pronounced doa

That's just despicable how the other family tried to make Ross out to be a snitch and a coward, lol! WTF? A coward is someone that baits a supposed friend into some back alley where they can surprise them with a shotgun to the face for some dumb gang initiation.
That’s the Detroit mindset right there calling Ross a coward for not trying to get revenge.

Ross is a scumbag and a junkie.. You do know that this whole story is BS right? He got shot by a drug dealer he robbed. Ross was a junkie and was going around robbing Oxy dealers to feed his habit. Ross was from a upper class family and a very strict Italian father.. He likely made up this BS to cover his drug use and dealing from his family and from cops. And it worked. It was a perfect cover story.
See man, I 1000% agree with what he said at the End, I've had that argument so many times here in Philly. Like I tell people a normal civilian is not a snitch, like even if dude been in fights, like yeah dude through his hands to protect himself, but then the person comes back with a group and jumps him, or stabs him, or shoots him, so then he go to the police, they be like oh he a snitch for that. People straight up weird man. I always said a person who isn't in the "street" life cannot be a snitch period
I got my diploma at 16 and from 16 on I was able to come and go as I pleased. I would regularly not be home for 2-3 days at a time. It was just normal for me. My parents wouldn't have started seriously worrying unless I was at least 6 days
You usually don't feel getting shot like you think it would. It happens so fast your body doesn't have time to really let you know what happened. You don't feel it til after
This dude survived two shots of a shotgun holyshityou usually don't ever survive any kind of shotgun blast at point-blank rangeI don't know what kind of gauge it was 12 gauge or 20 gauge or a smallest 410 but any sawed-off shotgun with any kind of shot is going to 99% of the time or moreat point-blank range like that would kill you so fast the fact that he's even able to talk right now and he's alive that's a miracle
There’s more to the story that wasn’t explained in that video. Ross explains the full story on Life to the Max podcast. The shooter is now out of prison.
Had a similar experience not being shot but when my mother moved into a new home she left the keys outside in the door that I was not aware of at the moment, spirit literally to over my body made me walk to the door and take the keys out.. I think we may have gotten robbed that night but higher power's were at work.
If I was a father and my child went missing for 3 days I would be freaking the hell out constantly no doubt. There is nothing worse than losing a child I am sure of it.

I just want to hug Ross right now for being a hero.
I remember messaging him in like 2009 after hearing his story because this man had me looking at life different
Yassssss! Pops spitting fire 🔥🔥🔥! You weak to need a group to have courage! The strongest move alone in silence. This world forgot loyalty! What happened to the days when those who said, My word is my bond and lived that life were the heros?!
Stumbled on this video. Props to Pops! Love that guy already hahaha
That's just despicable how the other family tried to make Ross out to be a snitch and a coward, lol! WTF? A coward is someone that baits a supposed friend into some back alley where they can surprise them with a shotgun to the face for some dumb gang initiation.
Shout out to the doctor who didn't give up on him and the surgeons who saved this man's life
Your pops is good people. Bless him!
Tell em pops. Preach
You got Angels working on overtime for you brother.
I swear that is the most crispy new york fitted I've ever seen !
Noti Gang just hopped out the shower straight to ya vid 🤣🧡
I got my diploma at 16 and from 16 on I was able to come and go as I pleased. I would regularly not be home for 2-3 days at a time. It was just normal for me. My parents wouldn't have started seriously worrying unless I was at least 6 days
Dang..what a story!! More of these reactions please!
You usually don't feel getting shot like you think it would. It happens so fast your body doesn't have time to really let you know what happened. You don't feel it til after
yo pops is one of the most realist of dudes on youtube bruh i swear.
amazing reaction ❤️😭sad story though !
It's already a miracle if you survive a gunshot. I wonder how Lil Jay survived 16.
This was Beautiful you guys did this story
To call the guy who gave you the task to kill someone and he literally calls the cops on yo ass. That's a fucking hilarious setup
Great Reaction keep up the good work😁🤯
Love you guys...god bless!
Yeah your brain does a good job of not focusing on pain in high stress situations. Survival instinct.
CEO of "Bro thats crazy"
Dad speaking Facts! 💯
Y’all should react to lil zay Osama- Changed Up And Survive Both songs
This dude survived two shots of a shotgun holyshityou usually don't ever survive any kind of shotgun blast at point-blank rangeI don't know what kind of gauge it was 12 gauge or 20 gauge or a smallest 410 but any sawed-off shotgun with any kind of shot is going to 99% of the time or moreat point-blank range like that would kill you so fast the fact that he's even able to talk right now and he's alive that's a miracle
If you get injured you won't feel it because you're shocked and you're not aware of it.
fav youtuber
He had to be firing Birdshot cuz if he was firing slugs he'd be dead right now
It did kill him the surgery saved him
Great father knowledge right here
Your fathers a legend
When he said he felt arms around him picking him up
There’s more to the story that wasn’t explained in that video.
God Bless you Ross, Your life is a miracle, Please use it mindfully and for the love of God, listen to your gut.
Thats a heavy story man...all praise be to God!
If I was a father and my child went missing for 3 days I would be freaking the hell out constantly no doubt. There is nothing worse than losing a child I am sure of it.
Ross's family was looking for him, he was listed as a John doe so the connection was lost
