Hey , whenever we bake cake or pizza or something else Jo bake krna hai . To preheat karte hai . But honestly I'm saying when I bake pizza mene preheat nhi kra pizza tab bhi acha hi bana aise papad jaisa nhi bna . Bake wali chizo me preheat krna chyie taki koi bhi item aise papad banke na nikle jaise cake or pizza me .

Yes I think, because I am using it regularly Did not find anything like that. I have made pizza 7-8 times but didn’t find this problem. And for cake also Try again and cook properly with upper and lower heat and set proper time and degrees for better results 🤗
@mousamimeher5216 mene kabhi preheat nhi kiya when I bake pizza . Without preheat bhi acha bạna tha. You can try out if you need otherwise their no issues without preheating

How is the service? I bought this product just 2 days back and since then trying to contact customer service for demo. But no response.
