Congrats on the new 2023 Tahoe. Those are sweet! We love the name Vernon too, but I gotta say, she looks a lot like "A Dash of Smooth." LOL I'm going to let my friend Frankie know that his horses inspired you to name your truck and camper. He'll love it! On our first trip to Texas I had a sway bar. I learned right then that I really needed a weight distribution hitch. This is a great video idea. It'll help many people. Tips for trips is great series. Keep 'em coming. See ya in the parking lot on your next video. All our best, Bob & Debbie

Thanks you two! Lol Dash of Smooth is a fitting name and fine horse. I hope the videos are helpful to someone. I often go to TH-cam for help on different things. Say hi to Frankie and take care! I'll look forward to more videos from you too.!

I'm not too familiar with this stuff but wanted to come by and support. I do remember when we hauled our camper and our toy hauler with the HD'S. Thanks for the info

Great you got a good deal like that. The market it turning but the dealers don't want to let go of all that money coming in. Now cars are starting to set out there. Yep having that weight setup is important for sure. Great advice. I had mine setup when we bought the 2nd rig. I was nervous about getting it right and hitting the highway. Of course who knows if they got it right. lol Great video and look forward to the next video.

Thanks buddy! Yeah, around here the trucks seem to be pretty hard to get. I really wanted another van, but no dealer would even order one for me. My son is a big fan of the Tahoe and it’s really growing on me now. Too high tech, though. I’m afraid of what might go wrong down the road. Oh well … I’ll probably keep my van 🚐 anyway. There isn’t a thing wrong with it. It’s just old but good looking like me lol 😂 😂

@@JurgensJourneys just remember for the next several years you have a warranty and they have to fix it. I agree on the van.

Congratulations on that new vehicle. Those Tahoes are nice. I just recently purchased a Honda Ridgeline and absolutely love it. I now have enough towing capacity for the size travel trailer I would like. Looking forward to your next video! 😊

Thanks so much! Congrats to you too. I was also wanting more towing capacity for future possibilities. This will do about 8200 lbs. I appreciate you stopping by and sharing your comment.
