After NCERT, it’s the one book which will have greatest impact on you. Incase you wanted concise notes or AIIMS lecture notes - pediaduo.graphy.com/products EDIT 1 : I’m sorry I forgot Egurukul. Egurukul has excellent Microbiology teacher - so if that’s your weak point - choose that. Overall with a good Path teacher/decent Pharma teacher and Great Micro teacher - I would keep Egurukul at 2nd Position and some can consider Egurukul over PW if Micro troubles more than Pathology.

The robbins wali baat.. 💯. I actually never studied Medicine in final year. I was so strong in Patho/Pharma/Micro because I studied Robbins/Lippincott/ Anantnarayan. That i rmbed them even in final year. I passed with very good marks.

Gyton to muje kafi achi lagi thi...but Robbins yeah thodi dikkat ayega starting me but just padte rehna and I will strongly recommend to combine Robbins ns with Ramdas Nayak book. Yeh muje pehle nahi pata tha...agar dono sath me karta na to patho vala part strong hota Mera..but try to us Ramdas esp uske flow chart not all things with that of Robbins 👍

You could have eaasily given 5 stars to all 3 of them, guaranteed. Please look at them. Also in the previous video Dr Ashish is the physiology faculty of egurukul, he is a really great teacher, u might be referring to some other physiology faculty. Sorry if I am wrong.

Sir, being a 2nd yr med student, i've tried reading standard textbooks, but ended up reading video lecture notes and some review books, please tell how can i inculcate this habit of reading standard textbooks,,, also please tell how can we remember such vast info given in these textbooks, because if we start making notes from the book itself, time is not left to complete both the video lectures and the book! Its a humble request to please recommend some strategies regarding these queries:)))

The professors of my college just behave very badly with students even though they have done their MD/MS from state colleges. You and all aiimsonians are simply amazing. Just a suggestion from my side. When you do review video of 3rd proff, please have a look at Dr Niha agarwal ma'am ophthalmology of dbmci/egurukul and Dr Murugan psm of PW. My juniors say that Dr Murugan teaches far better than any other psm faculty. I would love to hear your views about them. Also Dr Neha taneja psm of prepladder.

I'm concerned over the fact that in my first year I've read for Anatomy - Vishram Singh(entirely from textbook, no videos) Biochemistry from DM Vasudevan (again no videos) and for Physiology initial few chapters only from Guyton (rest from Debasish Pramanik) Will i face any difficulty for my pg exams as I've not referred to the Gold standard books?
Sir i would like to suggest one thing For pharmacology i would suggest everyone to watch Dr. Ranjan Kumar Patel sir from Marrow....he is literal GOD...i cant emphasize more....maybe it will need more time...but the depth with which he teaches will last a lifetime in the long run....really made me fall with the subject... P.s. dont try to read marrow pharma notes. Its badly oriented. Like sir teaches something via flowchart ..but the editor who wrote the notes wrote in a paragraph way which reduces its effectiveness..... So i will suggest just to see the videos...and rest you can do whatever anyone wish

We have 12 month duration...for flowcharts and diagram it is possible... Ranjith sir is one of the best- if his style isn’t good - Preeti Sharma is my preferred alternative - both have been given 5* Lionel Raymon videos can be organised and that doesn’t take much time. Lack of time being cited not to read Robbins or KDT is laziness, nothing else. You don’t really need lectures for Path to be honest. (Except Immunity) Pharma - only. Even Micro is mostly memorisation and self explanatory. As always - Robbins will stay with you and not Harsh Mohan.

It’s good. But Pharma requires a bit of Indian guidelines and context.
For concept - Yes it’s amazing. But KDT has that Indian Guidelines.
Does it matter if we read the Medium Robbins (aka mother Robbins) instead of Big Robbins ( father Robbins)
