Windows 10 - Stop Computer from Turning Off, Sleeping, Hibernating after so many Minutes
Does your Windows 10 PC turn of after 30, 20, 15, 10 or 5 minutes ... or whatever? Does it drive you crazy?
Adjust power options, power settings, etc.
Access advanced power settings.
Stop hard drive from turning off
This video shows you how to disable sleep, hibernation, etc. and keep your computer from turning off!
Adjust power button settings.
Stop automatic shutdown.

For anyone wondering how to do it just make sure you really turned off every hibernate, sleep and shut down option!

My power key would take forever to turn white (turn on) i think the computer was going into hibernation and it would literally take two minutes to come back on while holding down the power key, so this video and these steps were very helpful in correcting this issue. My computer will never sleep again ha ha.😴😴😴

I’ve watched at least 10 tutorials none of them work my pc turns off every 15-30 minutes I have a gpu and cpu monitor the highest they get is 60 I really need help I watch tutorials every day none of them work

But i bought a pc and its doing fine almost a month and then after the windows 10 update i guess everynight my pc turn off like its restarting and then my pc restarting on and off so i off it and the other day no prob its doing perfectly but everynight its turning off and on same time 11pm 12am so on the tech said my pc is ok might the power chord loose or my avr huhu

when i shut off pc for example at 10:00pm dec 18 and next day I turn on pc the clock continue counting at 10:00pm dec 18, which it should be dec 19 and 3:45 am, it count where it is left. i change bios battery i follow on your video select correct region, still same is there anythink i do.

Hi man I have an odd issue. I have the power settings on High, hibernation disable, etc yet I can t leave my PC on all the night or a couple of hours without having it kind of falling in a sleep state that doesn t return even touching de keyboard or mouse. it's a win 10, latest version, desktop with 3900x and Radeon 6800. I ve thought it was my secondary M2 slot that was messing with my PC, but now O don t have my OS on it and still this happens. It s driven me crazy, thanxs in advance
did all that, guess what? Still doing it. This PC drives me nuts. It is a gaming PC and not matter what I do, watch Video, play game..that damn thing keeps shutting down. There is no way to play a long game! Any idea what else to do? I went over a lot and turned the power setting to never in so many places.. not even funny where it is hidden all over. My PC does not show me the power button setting where you have it. Had to search for it.. Man I really do not know what else to do! Any more ideas I would be happy for advice.
Sir mera laptop windows 10 ka version 1809 hai .aur battery 40percent se 50 ke beech mein hoti hai chalaye samaye . shutdown ho jata hai without any notification .sir mene bahut si settings kar dali fir bhi problem solve nhi ho rhi. 🙏🙏

Actually my problem is different when I downloaded the cracked version of battlefield bad company 2 and when I completely downloaded it my PC turned off and started heating I turned it on again buy it again gone to sleep after a usage of 5 minutes I thought that it's containing virus so deleted it permanently then it gone good it didn't turned to sleep after a usage of 1 hour but it was heating when I shifted it down and again booted it it gone to sleep again but this happened only once actually in my thought my motherboard is damaged but I came here for a better cure tell me something that I can do or about the issue I am facing pls.

why would you buy a cracked version of a game and have no malware detector or sweepers or anything to save your computer.
@@caydenluk6144 actually this situation is rare because only one time it happened with me and I turned off my antivirus to download the archive but an internet virus got attached to it but now it's fine
it was probably a bitcoin miner. better to install a vm o windows and check it for viruses on there

My PC randomly goes into SLEEP while I am actively working. The mouse locks up, the CPU begins to rev, and the PC goes to SLEEP MODE. From there I can not WAKE the PC and am forced to HARD BOOT to get back. any thoughts on this?
What was the problem, I also face the same problem mouse and keyboard lock and pc goes in to sleep mode, I try almost everything from update driver to hardware.
@@Thanks588 I ended up turning off all sleep & hibernation timers altogether and it seemed to resolve. I still have a (different) problem when I shutdown my computer. about 50% of the time I shutdown, the PC does not actually shutdown. It starts the process and then ultimately times out and stays on. This one I can not figure out.

Honestly it’s probably the PSU. Try to use borrow one and see if you can re-create your issue with the new PSU...

I had a WindowsME machine with a >365 day uptime. Win10 is dogshit. Win11 cannot be used without being logged into MS. MS peaked with windows ME. Nothing to offer for anyone who values freedom over security.
