To the people who are saying the cars are hacked; They are hacked but the transmission, top speed of the car etc.. Was never modified. The ECU and Turbo were modded to reach these speeds, if i didnt modded any of ECU/turbo i wouldve never get this much speed. This is a showcase for fastest cars without its transmission/top speed UNMODIFIED. The method is installing 2nd transmission package instead of 3rd, 2nd transmission packages **sometimes** has longer top speed drivetrain than 3rd transmission package. Thanks for understanding.

So you're using the mod?
Well to reach top speed you need the highway. I think Skyline is the fastest, but tbh I never tested with Junkman parts. On normal parts Skyline is OP. GTO Mitsubishi isn't that good, slower to Evo. Muscle cars in this game and Supra are bad. But that transmission thing you mention yes I did that too, basically don't install limited slip diff which shortens the gears.

While having more top speed is interesting, the more I play this game, the more I think that top speed in this game is trivial compared to stability and handling grip. You ain't utilize that high top speed in most races, only the ones that go through the highway. Having a better grip, on the other hand, will give you more leverage in most races.
The top three cars on this list tend to understeer a lot (which is a big deal), and Skyline & G35 tend to a bit oversteer.

FYI, enable infinite nitrous when the nitrous bar is completely full. It’s because double layer nitrous (bright blue) gives more thrust than single layer nitrous (pale blue), the trust is proportional to the repletion of the nitrous oxide in your tank
why do I need a double layer nitrous when i have a modded pontiac GTO?
@@NeedForSpeedRTX In order to make SUVs reach their maximum speeds without any mods but lowest final drive ratio, you need bright blue NOS, in order for the engine to reach the redline. For instance, I managed to get 432km/h on Escalade without speed hack but infinite NOS.

SUVs are impossible to reach its top speeds, its the reason why i didnt include them in the list, otherwise you could reach to 400 kmh in the cars ive mentioned, but for SUVs naah
@@NeedForSpeedRTXI disagree, since I managed to get Escalade reach its maximum speed without any mods. I set the final drive and the last gear’s ratio to lowest. Then I used trainer to jump and get air time NOS to fill the the nitrous bar. Finally, when the nitrous bar was completely full, I enabled infinite NOS and made the truck reach 432km/h while injecting nitrous from start till reaching the maximum speed.
edit: You have to make the nitrous injection for tuning: maximum power, minimum duration

My fastest car IS the Rx-8 and only reaches 288 to 295 on top speed
Going with a regular way only give you on average 310-330 km/h on most non-SUV cars. I've done it mostly through proper tuning and thorough testing. Because having more grip and stability is way more important than having more top speed. You rarely utilized those top speeds in most races.
Acura rsx career mode with unique uogrades goes up to 412 km/h no hacks or mod, ofc dyno tune it

yes, 1st do wheelie trick to dont waste NOS and after when u going at 300 in 6t gear there is when u activate NOS but u needa have the 2 phases of NOS and ez 360kmh

its the airport bug, go in airport track 2, theres a corner go slowly and scratch your car to wall and it will bug you into freeroam

Then you wouldn't able to push the car limits to get the top speed, I used 3000GT in Bayview Bridge Reverse with traffic to get nitrous by near missing cars, I actually did 400 KMH doing that method, Pontiac GTO is nearly impossible to get 500 KMH

You install 3 parts, but in,Transmission, install 2 pro package, dont install extreme, extreme removes top speed to accelerate more
