    Pitch books are an excellent way to present to the homeowner and watch their reactions to the info you are presenting. You get to read their body language and then react in whatever form you feel necessary. Body language is always a key!

      LOVE IT. You are so right, Gregg. Thanks for taking the time to comment and share. When you use your pitch book or digital presentation, you can VERY easily read the homeowner's response and body language! Dig it man. Keep commenting ;) I read and reply to all of 'em.

    Great to see your digging deeper into the sales aspect of it. I highly recommend using a pitch book. I prefer an old school binder it's convenient and reliable but I have thought about going digital. It's a great way to go overcome objections before the pop-up.

      Agree. I dig the binder too. It is old school, but it WORKS! Plus, there's something about a customer being able to "touch and feel" if they flip the pages that really gets them engaged. Same could be same for digital if done on an iPad or something, but there's just something special about a printed out version :)
