قبض کا خاتمہ اگر چاہتے ہو تو روزانہ ورزش کریں، پانی زیادہ پیے، آپنی خوراک میں فائبر والی خوراک کو شامل کریں، جیسے کیلا، چنے، لوبیا، وغیرہ، اسپغول کا استعمال ہر صبح کریں، فائبو نامی ایک لیکویڈ فائبر سیرپ ہوتا ہے اس کا استعمال دن میں دو مرتبہ کریں، (لیبریکس نامی ٹیبلٹ کا استعمال کریں اگر ضرورت ہو)
