I like how this guy isn’t a dick about people who just want a Michael Myers costume and aren’t as interested in creating a replica costume. He’s really nice about both sides and it’s refreshing.

He wore Sears Work'n Leisure Spruce Green Coveralls. I own a pair. It was a misconception that the coveralls were blue because they filmed the night scenes with blue lighting.
The last number on the tag you read "10333" is the color code and height. 10331, 10332, 10333 is spruce green short, regular, and tall- so "10333" is spruce green tall. I'm not sure what the 420 is, maybe size. 10336, 10337, 10338 is tex-green short, regular, and tall. This is important because there are no other marking on the hang tag for color, only the chest tag that is usually removed. The spruce green, charcoal, and tex-green are all so similar looking, especially after age and washings that you can't really be 100% sure which color they are unless they're new with that tag. But I think all 3 colors look great
It was honestly easier to find vintage Sears, Work N Leisure, Tradewares, and Roebucks than it was to find Reeds. Couldn't find them ANYWHERE, so I found the real ones. Took several months, but if you're patient and keep looking, you can find real ones, in the correct charcoal color, for about $30... instead of $700 that some knuckleheads are trying to charge for Sears... in the WRONG color lol.
Thank you. The ones I see in party city tend to be a bit too light and it would be okay if I were trying to look like MM from Halloween 6 but not these newer films lol
I thought the H1 coveralls were a dark blue as in certain scenes especially at the end of H1 were Michael Myers is strangling Laurie Strode the coveralls look dark blue but then I remembered the scene were Michael Myers is standing outside the school and the colour of the coveralls were actually spruce green
That's what I hear a lot, the lighting makes 'm blue except for the school scene where they are green for sure. But what about the hedge scene, it's in the daylight as well but they do look navy there. 🤔
@@Jayskiallthewayski A lot of it depends on the settings on your screen and the version of the movie, the new Blu-Ray version makes them look more blue/grey in the school scene and not green at all. I watched the hedge scene and got them to shift from a dark green to brown to black by adjusting my monitor settings. Plus everyone's eyes pick up colors differently, especially dark shades like blue, green, and grey
Well nick castle was 5'10 and prolly around 160lbs-ish in 1978, and in some behind the scene photos the coveralls look slightly big and long on him. So maybe a 38 to 40 TALL?
H20 had 4 masks(including the CGI one) and is widely considered one of the worst movie for masks. Especially because his eyes are so heavily featured, which takes away from the character immensely.

Actually they were Tex green
