ET, I been listening to you for years and years. I was working graveyard shift, five to seven days a week. Going to night school. Now, I'm living my dream career. Listening to this on my way to work was what I needed. Thank you for everything you do.
Monday at 4am I’m up in order to show the failure never hurt me they mold me! Now I’m going to my 2nd branch my sickle cell meds in hand and ET in my year. This year I’ll end with 5 branches! Disability won’t drive me God and my failure do!!! ET feeds my mindset.

It's not easy but I'm going to keep trying until my last breathe. Remember you're not alone. We all struggle. We have different stories but what brings us together is love, faith, hope. ET you are GOD sent, GOD gave you the mission and you are completing all of the different levels with excellence. Just as you said about Dr. MLK the same with you that ain’t no regular man!!! I come from a athletic background from all my life and I never had been as motivated or as held accountable as much as I am now in my life ever since I stumbled upon one of your videos 2 years ago when I was depressed, frustrated and wanted to just give up on life and my family. I come from a broken home and no daddy. I come from getting no’s in my life and over looked and I come from the area and error where discrimination is real. From that night on I made the decision to stop feeling sorry for my self. Just like you said in GET TO WORK no more!!!! Everyday we have a choice to grind, get it done and to be resilient because it’s not easy to be successful or great. I choice to grind everyday and rebuke the spirit of defeat!

Crazy you just posted this I’m the first in my family to go to college from my moms kids. Currently I’m on my 4th year of my mechanical engineering degree and I still got over 2 years of curriculum left to still take. This the first day back from spring break and I had a calculus 3 test. This past spring break while everyone went home or left on vacation I stayed on campus and spent everyday all day in the library studying to prepare for a test today. I really wanted to pass this test because I have failed everyone up till this one and all I do is study. I give my best and I always miss the mark but I wanted to push and keep trying so I can pass the class. I’m pretty sure I didn’t get an A on this test even though I sacrificed my whole break to make sure I can get an A. I feel like a failure because I needed an A on this test to pass this class. You posting this about dealing with failure is definitely GODS timing I’m going to keep pushing no matter how long it takes me to complete this degree.

WIN TIME!!!!
I ran away at 17 when my family didn’t believe in my dreams, I’ll never forget how hard that first month was. The small money I had saved was quickly gone and I found myself starving. I saw online you could trick your brain by chewing water to help subside with the pain of an empty stomach. I came so close so many time to stealing but in my head my pride wouldn’t let me do it, I had to figure out a way on my own. Fast forward 8 years, not only did I make my dreams a reality, but I taught myself how I’m capable of just by staying focused. Never give up on yourself even when everyone you love does, I promise you will find a level of focus people would spend millions of dollars to achieve. KEEP GOING.

This is me. I have everything read every book, been to seminars had mentors and everything and i know now it’s me now.
Gotta say Eric, you don't know how much I needed this. Been strugging at a point where I am in my game development major because my learning curve is intimidated by the challenges these programs present to newcomers like myself. Luckily my instructor uplifted me some, but my doubt gets the better of me sometimes because I thought at 34 years old, I'd have this degree and be working at some game studio somewhere. Watching your videos, my mindset has changed for the better, but I haven't acted on that changed mindset because my failure is my doubt. That quote you said, "You cannot have a positive life with a negative mindset" reminded me of exactly that. As a student wanting to reach his dreams, I thank you.
I've been failing, been excessively sleeping during those times , but 2 hours a day working on your dream is better than nothing in a day . Its all about keep on going but include God Almighty Jesus Christ in all that you do . Life is both spiritual and physical , what happens spiritually affects you physical even rich people know that there's a spiritual world .
