I love Steve Harvey! But sleep is important!! Health is important!! You can achieve way more when your hormones are in balance & youre getting the repair and healing that sleep provides. He might be able to 'function' off 4-5 hrs.. but if your body Needs sleep.. get it. It's absolutely Incredible the difference in body composition, the ability to process and handle stressors, the pain relief, and healing getting enough sleep can do. It blows my mind how apparently underrated getting adequate sleep is.

Don't know why but I feel like this was meant for me I guess sometimes in life we have to live to fail , maybe with failure comes true success , had to take a moment to realize that I couldn't be who I needed to be , and had to see that there are places and possibility s out there for people ! major organization that are willing to give and lend a hand ! when times get tough and moments can get tough , sometimes we don't even realize what we do in life because we can be distracted by others and become the target for others , so prayers for the next goal I have to set for myself !
started working at 16 after school , and had to earn everything I ever had just to end up loosing due to a past , lost many jobs due to following in the footsteps of others , then again having a resum'e and no job is like casting the first stone but then we were all born into sin , unfortunately we corrupted this world , so those that follow in my shoes so blessings for my next goal , need a do over that's for sure that way I can work towards a future people one day I hope for nice things , the career that I need not the one that I would like !
