Can I use bc548 to make lithium battery charger?
BC547 and BC548 are essentially the same but BC547 has a higher breakdown voltage whereas BC548 has low noise. These are the most general purpose NPN silicon transistors and changing one with the other does not noticably (or otherwise) affect the circuit.
TP 4056 module is much better than it because of it has only led indicator but the module has mosfet protection that's why TP4056 is much safer because Lipo can explore if you do the overcharge.
Your project is good if it would more better if you use TL431 Scr.

i have a question and the question is, after making this charger, how much time does it need to make a 3.7v battery fully charged from fully discharged situation?
In my case my battery take time 15 minute to full charge.

No it would take more than half and hour.., maybe more than 1hour
Depending on the input current I think 2 to 3 Ampere adapter must use for fast charge 👍👍

Bada battery aap use kar sakte hain lekin 3.7 volt ka battery rahana chahiye.

@@tahertinwala6640 for more accurate charging u can use opamp ics like dual opamp lm 358 only use one and other needed to be grounded or use automatic relay cut of system use 1 amps adapter is recomended in series connection in parallel connection use 5v 2 amps to 3 amps adapter
