This dude does not know how to use a Vitamix. Start a Vitamix on 1 and smoothly dial up to 10 and then you won't get the explosion with the chia seeds. Use the tamper (what he called a plunger) to move the ingredients in the smoothie. Then add a little more milk as it is needed. He didn't show us the two knobs on either side. I'm sure one is the variable speed. But I am not familiar with the model so don't know for sure what the other one is. The different models have that knob do different things. I have had my Vitamix for over 28 years and it is still going strong. I love it. The principle method I use: start with 6-8oz liquid. Then add all seeds and powders. Blend till smooth. Then add all greens. Then add harder vegetables then add the fruit and frozen vegetables and frozen fruit. Put lid on then start blending on 1 for a second or two just to start it then slowly, but not too slowly, move up to 10. Use the tamper. pushing through the top. Guiding the edge of the tamper to the ingredients. You can feel them if you pay attention to your ingredients. Use the tamper just long enough to get the volcano moving. Don't be afraid to experiment with the Vitamix. Have fun. Eat well.😋🙏🦋
1st time ever using a Vitamix. I will learn the best ways to use it over time. It did a great job with my 3 tests I did. I have made some killer smoothies since then. Thanks for watching.
I bought the same as yours it's very good. I also bought the extra cup and bowl, deffo a waste of money if i knew what i know now i. Would've bought the dry jug. They cup and bowl don't use the same power as the jug because they are smaller in size and heats up 2 fast and stops, not the same results or as close of a result i would expect.
Nice review Doug, machine is a beast! Heard good things about this product, looks like it’s living up to the hype! Hope you get good results. Thanks for sharing, Cheers brother 🍻
I bought one today. I hope it lives up to the hype. I was suprised about additional cups for purchase .... at $300+ at least 1 additional product could've been included 😅
That is a very impressive blender, Doug, but I'm with PoorGuy it's too rich for my blood. I've had my Ninja for around 10 years, and it's never failed me yet. So that means you need to have the vitamix for 100 years and do another review, lol. Awesome review, my friend 👍👍
I have had a Ninja for quite a while. My wife hates how hard it is to get the lid off. She is getting into smoothies packed full of fruit, veggies and seeds and stuff. This is where these higher end blenders shine.
Sale lasts through May 5. I think I will be picking one up, I have the ninja with the tower of blades, and it's useless for fine sauces. Been waiting for a video review of this one, almost picked one last week.
I got that model last week from Costco. I am not too happy. The 64 oz. container is too large for smaller shakes/smoothies, got the 48 oz., still too big. I need a 32 oz. which is not available (yet).
Besides the pitcher size are you happy with the performance of the Vitamix? I love mine especially coming from using Ninja blender. Thanks for watching.
My wife wanted to make some fancy smoothies with greens and chia seeds. It is a noticeable difference from my Ninja. They are expensive and they have ones around a grand but are worth it.
There is nothing like a vitamix and I know because I have been through many blenders because I didn't want to spend the money. I received a vitamix as a gift 5 years ago and understand exactly why it is far more expensive than others. There is nothing quite like it.
I agree. That was my first time ever using one in this video. I have a Ninja blender that is decent but if you are making smoothies daily packed with stuff this is the way to go. Thanks for watching.
@ I’m not talking about the blending. I’m talking about how it shakes when you turned it on. It moves. Even the ninja has suctions cups to make it stable. I just bought my Vitamix I’m not happy with it. For the price they don’t even try to make it stable

Absolutely helpful tips for first time vitamix user
Please read the manual/cookbook on how to load and operate the blender.
That was the 1st time I have ever used a Vitamix blender. I'm learning and will say it does a great job.

I'm not too familiar with the accessories for it. I may get the food processor setup for it. Thanks for watching.
Did you buy the extra cup and bowl online or at Costco?
Nice review Doug, machine is a beast! Heard good things about this product, looks like it’s living up to the hype! Hope you get good results. Thanks for sharing, Cheers brother 🍻
It is a beast for sure at 50 something pounds. I will have fun with it for sure.
Not a beast but a monster

I'm really enjoying mine. Did you use yours yet?
Great review! I’m gonna pick one up at Costco next week while it’s still on sale 👍🏾
You will love it. It's a beast compared to normal blenders.
For those who don’t need Bluetooth. QVC has very good deal on the vitamix 750 pro which will allow you to use 32oz containers.

vitamix extracts everything 10x better

@@griddlecookeatandmore it looks like it'll be a great fit in your kitchen. 👍👍
I was just given one of these as a gift. ❤
Ninja burned up. This should blow that away. 🤞
It will out perform and outlast the Ninja all day long.

It's night and day compared to the Ninja. Definitely pick one up while it's on sale.

You know the PoorGuy cant afford that. Glad you like it.

Same as the vitamix a2300.
I guess the Costco price is worth it then. I love the blender. I just used it to make peanut butter for my latest video.

It’s not that stable when it blends. Ninja does a better job.
I have to disagree. I had a Ninja before this one and this will out perform it at blending all day long.

@@ileanajavier5997 yours must be off balance. I have not noticed that at all on mine.
I have one too that I just bought recently, and it’s pretty stable compared to the old Vitamix I had that vibrated all over the counter.
@@ileanajavier5997 I just used mine again and I do not have the vibration issue. It sounds like something is out of balance with it.
