I use the yearly spread to keep track of my medicals; weight , blood sugar, exercise, vertigo, flu shots, and doctors notes from my visits. I find those two little pages invaluable. Thanks for all the added extra ideas. Great video, as usual.
Great ideas, as always. I'm planning on using mine for 1 word a day that sums up my day whether it's an event or a person or something I did that I want to remember about that day. In the space at the top, I will write in the highlight of the month.
Thank you so much for this video! I just got a Jibun Techo for 2020 and I am stumped for what to do with this section. Thanks for giving such great examples and making it all so clear! You have really helped me! I still haven't decided what to do with this layout yet, but you've given me some great options to choose from.
Lovely and informative as usual! thanks so much for sharing! I’ve decided to use that section for habit tracking for 2019. Got my fingers crossed that I can stick to it!
Since my employer requires 3 weeks notice before a day off (barring emergencies or illness) this index will work well for doctor and dental appointments, which usually are weeks away, and projected special days off. And yes, other than FB, sometimes it will be days before I hear from or call the family. The contact list is a great idea!
Interesting... How do you track how much you spend in a day? By recording all your expenses in a notebook, calculating the total and then writing it in?
Its pretty elementary, I just log the amount of money I spend each day for anything. I haven't started yet but plan to January. Just a rough idea on what i actually spend. I don't think I will log any household bills just spending money. That way I can be aware of any unnecessary things and can try to save money for 2019.@@yukikosakamura6498
You intend to apply the alistair future log in the Hobonichi Weeks Yearly Index? That sounds interesting. Let me know how it works! I'd love to learn from you.

Yeah! Even though the columns are tiny, you can still pack a huge amount of information in these two pages! =D
Another fantastic video❤

One word a day sounds like a great way to journal!
Very useful. Thank you
once again, another brilliant functional weeks video! The weeks videos by you are the only ones anyone needs for actual functional planning! Love it!
Thanks, Yukiko!
Heh. Now, I've gone from having no idea how to use that spread to wanting four more copies of it in my weeks. (-:
Haha! I wonder if you could photocopy the spread and then tuck the photocopies in the back of the Weeks or something... =D

Good luck with the habits! I recommend reading Atomic Habits by James Clear to see how you can stick with your habits in 2019 =)
