I think this could be easily solved on the trans situation: toy have to have a note from your Dr to get medical marijuana, right? Well, maybe only those who have completed full medical transition should have to use a medical ID card? Personally, I think it's just going to lead to more security jobs, not cops necessarily, and people need jobs. Also, given trans folk are less than 1% of the whole population, the odds are most people will go their whole lives without coming across a trans person. So, the trans-panic is kind of bullshit to me. Nobody should *ever* send their kids into public bathrooms alone anyway! I wasn't allowed to just roam any damn where till I was about 16, and before that kids flowed in groups, (except us little ones who were shy loners for a couple of years that sometimes for bullied for it, which is why bullying should be taught as very bad because those isolated kids get hurt first). People need to step into their common sense again. The older men in neighborhoods should check and keep an eye out for predatory males and don't pick up your fun first, call the police and make them do the job there paid to do. A few grown men can keep a hold of a dude till the cops get there. If they see young kids getting up to no good, harassing other kids/elderly folks/tourists/store owners/theaters etc, snatch them up and have a come to Jesus meeting with them. I just think everything starts where you live. Don't start a family you can't take care of. Don't make responsibilities you're not willing to honor. Keep those kids in school, no drop outs. Tell the hustlers not to do their business where they live because even a dog doesn't want to shit and piss all over where it eats, sleeps, and has puppies. The upper class white folks don't bring work home with them. Business over there, home over here. "snitching" takes more backbone than turning a blind eye. Besides, police take anonymous tips so there's no excuse for especially that baby/woman raping nonsense to go on. Volunteer to chaperone single women or disabled folk from point a to point b if they need it. Allot of this isn't complex it's justvthat too many want someone else to do it. Grown men out of work have no excuse for letting these things slide. If you're going to be out there anyway, keep an eye out on things. There's several dudes in my neighborhood that do this because works hard to find and they don't want to lose their work ethic and send of schedule/responsibility or let their kids see them sitting around on their butts all day doing nothing to help anyone. else. Neighbors look out for each other and *won't hesitate* to call the cops because they know that don't snitch mess just makes shit way, way too easy for criminals to start making inroads in the area to lose its grip on being a decent place to live for their family and go tits up. Even a transperson could walk at night here and not get harassed or murdered. Nobody would tolerate that no matter how uninterested they may be in hanging out with them, they wouldn't stand aside and let them get harassed either. With cellphones and a few of these unemployed dudes, word travels like a gas fire. So, even though they're having a tough time finding work, they still have the respect of others and the self confidence they need to keep trying or start their own legit business. One car already has his own paving company now, and can rely on recommendations from people in the neighborhood. But drug dealers, bullies, dog fighters, sexual harassment, theft, etc? Uh uh. And it's all done without constantly getting up in anyones business or being too nosey.
