HarbingerDOOM, did you also run a span calibration? When values start sky rocketing it normally indicates that the signal generated by the zero and span are too similar, most often due to a low UV output PID lamp. So most likely your lamp is on its last legs.

Unfortunately not. For those levels you need to use a paramagnetic oxygen sensor
