    Sedona in general is so incredibly beautiful! I can’t believe these are considered obstacles though…

    • @Trailsoffroad
      @Trailsoffroad  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      For every level of driver is an obstacle they have graduate past. For some, we can still remember when we used to look at even the smallest obstacles and impossible.

      You have to keep in mind, these trails have been around for a long time. An old stock TJ would definitely need to special tire placement on some. Especially when wet.

      Obstacles always look flat on video, different story when you see it in real life. That being said, I did this trail last weekend in the rain with my father-in-law in my stock 99 Durango on 33’s. Just stayed with the easy lines, but when came to the top of devils staircase, he started freaking out that the rig would get destroyed going down it! I just waited until he walked away trying to find an alternative route, and I went down it just fine. Such a cool trail!

    I went last weekend 2021/04/18 and it was ridiculously crowded. It was just an endless flow of UTV's, Rigs, and Pink Jeep tours. I couldn't enjoy the trail constantly having to squeeze by or turn out for oncoming traffic, so I just turned back.

      You could back track. But in most cases, being aired down, continue to aim straight down, and going slow will find most people making it down without issues.

    Hi! Sorry for my question, what 4x4 do you pick on this kind of terrain?
    4 Low? 4H ? Always? Only when theres an obstacle? Then you just use 2WD?
    Thank you! Just want to make sure

    • @Trailsoffroad
      @Trailsoffroad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      4 Low is always a go to. You can use 4 high if you are on the open flat areas between obstacles.
