Best wishes for your upcoming janda baik ultra ! 💪 stay safe and enjoy the trail. I wanted to go for this race also this year but the dates overlap with a pre planned family trip . Will put in my next year bucket list! Look forward to see your race video !

Thank you 🙏. Luckily realized the wrong turns early can make a fast U-turn back to the right path 😊.

Hi i have been experiencing knee pain due to ITB syndrome from overuse . Been completely off running for 3 weeks due to pain in outer side of knees when running. Do u have any advice ?

Zachary lim sorry to know that you have been experiencing knee pain. You are making a good choice to stop running to let the knee to heal. Muscle strength imbalances in the pelvis, hip, knees, foot and ankle can lead to faulty movement patterns and increase strain to the IT band. A comprehensive exercise program includes flexibility, strength training and gaining correct control at the pelvis, hips, knees, foot and ankle can significantly reduce the strain to the IT band.
