**Update*** The game has a bug that allows things to spawn outside your mob farms. So, Do not have your mob farms close to your main base. yeah there is a ton to do in this game. Its really how fast do you want to progress or how big do you want to build. i love automation so that is my main focus over progression.
From my break amount of testing so far you can play conveyors over any of the ground tiles and mobs will still spawn on them but I don't know if it reduces the rate any additionally I haven't tested this yet except for on a relatively small scale but I may have a slightly more efficient design that would keep anything from ever being broken the only hiccup is when the mushroom spawn eventually you'll have to go in there and clear them all out I did the same orientation as the last Farm in the video had 10 pods 815 by 10 tiles and separated buy a solid wall not fencing five pods on top with a 3 Gap underneath and then five more pods under that completely enclosed the entire pod with at least Stone line a conveyor belt down the center or through the entire pod your choice and at the end of the pod have two wall blocks getting out with a gap in the middle place a fence on the end of each of those two blocks and a gate in between that just on the inside of the gate put your Spike trap of choice optionally instead of the gate you can have a arm to grab the loot and put it on the conveyor belt that would completely enclose the system and you should never have any destruction from mobs trying to fight each other again I don't know if this is the most efficient however it was filling up more space than I had chests at the time
I have turrets surrounding the spawn area of mobs and conveyor spinning around in circles at the edge and the center goes to the edge there is a claw that transfers loot to another conveyor and rotates until gets claw and put to the loot chest hahaha I don’t know if it is efficient but it works I know I am not efficient because mob farms and ore farms are in a different world in the ore farm my conveyor is as jumbled as my wire management though my wood farm is goated
@@Feecofinated i already use radiation crystals, but overall i think all these farms kinda useless to overinvest into their complexety. You dont need that much resources to beat the game.
Once you gain access to octarine, the magnet ring from the advanced jewelry bench allows you to collect through solid walls. So you can build the basic farm using solid walls instead of fences and not worry about LoS from ranged mobs or the brute while collecting drops
Yes! Like... It is not an effort you wanna make if you just wanna finish the game. It is more about someone who goes really hardcore with it, down to find the end of the iceberg. I understand content creators and people with a lot of time available doing this, but someone with limited time would spend the year to set up all this stuff.
Good video. Mob info is rough to make clear guides for due to how dense the info can be. 4:20 ; nothing in the game scraps for mechanical parts currently. This is why stone caveling farms are great due to them being an early source of this very demanded material, just need to be careful of the brutes. Possibly link Zero's guide you used for the content in your video in a pinned comment or in the description so that those who might want to read the source material can easily find it.
You can use turret stacking on the killing corridor so they will be always active (search a guide in the community page). This way you can have 2 turrets on each side of the main haul guaranteeing that nothing is alive by the time they reach the robot arm. (Turrets shots are active for like 150 tiles so it should be an issue at all if you want to expend more).
Alright I built this last night. My version I put the belts going north, seems to work fine. Great mob farm, wish it spawned mobs faster, but I'm far too lazy to build a second one yet (although I can expand downward if need be).
You said certain ores may be hard to find like you purple one. I've found that if you circle the the inner and or outer perimeter of whichever biome your looking in you'll more often than not find a couple within a couple hundred blocks. I've tried this with 5 different worlds with success thus far

For anyone who has trouble with this, I believe on stream we discussed a method of finding out out where you are in a cell. If both coordinates you're looking at are divisable by 16, then your standing in the northwest corner of a cell. Someone could correct me on the direction but to my knowledge its always true.
Excluding negative ints the first cell should cover 0,0 to 15,15 though right? So 16,16 should be the S/W corner of that cell. Anything negative (South or West) would exclude 0. So it should cover -1,-1 to -16,-16
@@G4M5T3R Yeah it's zero indexed. On console it only shows even numbers for coordinates so you kinda have to two-step to figure out if you're on 16 or 17 --because both tiles display as 16 in the map corner.

Hey Dark, I've heard other youtubers that've blown up give this advice (specifically piratesoftware) so I wanted to share it to you. I would try to upload your videos at the same time each day you upload, and at a very intential time, 12pm PST for example. Everyone on the west coast just gets on break for lunch, checks there phone boom new video they can watch. And on the east coast its not too long before their home from work and check their phone. I think when you are uploading a youtube video you can set the time it actually posts, unfortunately I'm not the guy to ask about that though.
I would recommend a 15 min interval.. if the recommendation is noon and you see most common Content Creators upload at that time set yours 15 mins before or after.. I watch videos 4x a day m-f pretty consistently.. 10am/12-1pm/3pm/5pm basically breaks and lunch... late night like tonight if I need something specific (like this video! Thank you❤)
Vid does not explain how to place in regards to mob chunks. It explains how the mob spawning chunks work but for the final farm you don't explain where the relevant chunk borders should be for optimal spawning
Here’s a question you can place slime over the moss. I don’t know if this stops the mosses from spawning? So does that mean potentially you could double up on slime ?
I only have one issue with this so far. Every once in a while I have to go inside and clear shrooms off the fungal patches since somehow conveyors don't block them from spawning
Two questions, how much extra space needed to make the mobs not spawn outside? I assume it is "outside, of the tiles" for that type? Second, how do you handle the mushroom growth in the mid game farm you have here? oh, and also not sure why using 3 rows of mold instead of just 2, one for each mob chunk?
I offset by one and the center line of mold is the way out. So it is in one of the cells but i dont know which one. I do not know how much space you need. as them spawning outside of the cells is a bug. If the big mushrooms spawn radiation crystals will do the trick.
Does the 200 tile active radius affect other stuff being active too like drills and other automation? Or is that just mob spawning? Also how would you turn off a mob farm? Or would you just let items stack infinitely
I have the question if there is any spawn cap for one type of mob in a cell in one spawning event? So are farms for only one type of mob inefficient, or why do you bild your farms like that?
sometimes the tiles underneath the conveyor built gets destroyed, what mobs could do this? the conveyor remain, which is good, but also bad because i dont know which ones underneath have their tiles destroyed. I only used the tiles provided in the video (on the left when you show it).
So I'm playing on console and noticed that you divided your cells using two titles covering the 16x16. My world origin on console covers a single title so I only have a single title dividing the 16x16. I don't know if it's my OCD but I would like to follow your format. 2 tile vs 1 tile split meaning on my mind spawn I have a single title divide that is blank to separate the 16x16 kinda feels off to me
Is it worth trying to conveyor belt the mob farm loot to the smelting/sorting automation or is that too much going on In 1 area and could slow the game down or mess with spawn rates so better to have the mob farm elsewhere and occasionally teleport there to grab loot and then bring back to base to be sorted?
I would not do that until your able to pull items through a wall and a wall that is strong enough to take a hit from a brute and have a second anti chamber set up. But yeah my system in my live game feeds into a second anti chamber then into my base. The second anti chamber is for all conveyors that come into my base from ore farming
Hey! Love this build... I replicated it on Xbox and its working but I have a slight hiccup.. I did 16 long for the spawn cells for all 12 of the types recommended and something is breaking up spawning tiles... its only 1 or 2 here and there but I am assuming I messed up doing more than the 7 spawn tiles? I havent added the conveyors yet was wanting to confirm concept and now seeing the issue I am glad I waited a bit...Any idea what maybe breaking the tile?
Last night I set up the mid to late game farm with an anti chamber, completely walled in. And only used the tiles that were suggested. Let it run over night and woke up to my base destroyed. Went to check it and it looks like they broke through the walls in my anti chamber. Are there specific walls I need to use?
Yes the strongest walls you can mine. and there is a bug that allows them to spawn outside of the farm also. so i would keep it aways from the base a bit.
What are the exact dimensions of the midgame farm? Since there is the conveyor belt in the middle, it can't be perfectly aligned to spawn cells, so it's confusing me
I should of done a better job of explaining this. All the questions made me realize this not a good job. So the Middle line out is on a spawn cell boarder. We offset our Starter cells by 1 from the edges so it doesnt matter what we put there. You can kind of see right on the lines there is nothing there expect for the line out. which is just mold block but doesnt count towards or cells.
What's the point in separating the mobs? Especially stone moss. Why not just let them fight? Does it cause them to spawn erratically? Or is it just the brutes AoE breaking walls? Won't stronger walls be enough? Love your vids btw.
So I appreciate the video on this, the only part I'm confused about is the fungus spawn tiles. I set up everything and it is working but the fungus tiles keep spawning mushrooms. I placed conveyor belts over them like the video. Is the conveyor belt supposed to block mushroom spawn normally? Also what was the huge mistake?
Fungal tiles are a pain. If your doing a small farm that you can wall around. use spikes. If its a large farm. then you kind of use larva spawns to eat the mushrooms. But they have a super low spawn rate ether way.
More does but diminishing returns. i am using old information and it seems to be working for me. But after about 7 give a 90 percent chance to spawn something. I have heard 9 give 99 percent but i dont know. I would imagine 90 percent is the cap. But you would be better off spilting ground slime across two cells for 7 each. There is a guide in the discord .
Ive builed the Late game version, however, the sorcerers keep healing themselves, even with acid slime at the killing chamber, it just keeps clogging up. How do i prevent that?
Place a block where u think the corner is then check the map. It will change the color of the tile so you can see the exact point better Maybe? I dont play on controller so i dont really know.
2 things where is it best to build this farm to have the most optimal spawn rates without having to spawn proof a large area and 2 what farm can you make for mechanical parts since the stone moss doesnt work here
You want it a good aways from your main base since there is a bug right now with spawning. But within the 200 tiles. I would just make a separate from for stone moss. Or you would have to build it in a way they dont come with in 3 tiles of anyone
Thanks for guide, mob farm works great just one issue. Killing chamber breaks every time i AFK. Mobs somehow break walls down at south arm every time. Happened 100% of the time for a week. Some fun issues waking up with 100+ mobs in my sorting system😂 Is there a better way of sitting up a kill room? Made a second one in base to see if i at least can stop belting them home lol
Yeah, I should have covered this better. There is a bug that allows mobs to spawn outside the spawning tiles. Something, to my understanding, the devs are working on. If mobs break the walls, you need to build stronger walls. Building it out of the most challenging thing you can mine is a good starting point or crystal walls. I believe Maze blocks are the most robust blocks in the game.
@@DarkxGaming352 managed to fix issue by adding lava on the left of the track Opposing side of the low right turrets. Now the walls never break there and it works, for sure set up another kill room at base though
I explained that then cut it out and forgot to put it back in.... I redid this video 4times and hated it. The conveyors in 1 section force them to fight. the back and forth ones. that should be the end game mob farm one to go with. The other ones i was just playing with and the ones going str8 downward of just while your expanding the farm. Much easier to build.

*Read the pinned comment!* I didn't read the comments, cuz of course not, and yes, mobs are spawning outside of farm that's pretty close to my base. *My advise* is to run your conveyers out a bit to your base but put sturdy walls like Lava Rocks/Maze Blocks as a second defense *with a robot arm* on the other side of the wall then keep running your conveyers to base. I've only done this for a bit but no mob has gotten into my base, yet they still spawn outside. Does anyone have a fix or better solution?
What is the purpose 6:25 of the acid ground slime? I know it can deal damage and not spawn anything, but it is to take care of mobs not killed by spikes? I see, you are just increasing the damage of your spike track/conveyor combo. So if you are not doing conveyors it's not necessary,.
i don't get why you are saying don't mix moss spawn with slimes in the beginner farm but do so in the late game one. Don't they kill one another or is that irrelevant late game?
ik its obviously not something you would make a video but I cant beat omoroth bro (I beat the game before 1.0 I just haven't done it in my 1.0 world) is there any sort of automation or cheese farm for omoroth?
I grounded his entire arena, do be careful of leaving his spawn pool open so you can summon him, if you build over it and destroy the ground you have to refill it with water. This makes it easier because land travel to me is much more reliable then boat travel and also, his tentacles when spawned will immediately explode and die but destroy the ground. So you can either refill it or continue to burst him if you have the dps for it.
I found this very helpful but I didnt understand the majority of what you said. Lots of lingo there that went over my head. I still dont know how to make a farm

Try drills, havent checked myself but drills should destroy plants when fully grown and pull them behind them. There's a mod that will reset plants to seeds when harvested, but idk if it still works as of 1.0
Hey, I have issues in my anti chamber, I put 3 turrets behind fences and a radiation crystal, but the crystal turret mobs with time find a way to destroy turrets always, any fix?
I am going to make a better guide on this in a week or so. There are the biggest pain for your anti chamber. they will destroy things beyond the wall also. Try to build it in a way that they can not shoot at it directly.

@@noanfour Yeah, then the next phase would be to get Crystal and materialized. Use the crystal to call most mobs and materialize to spawn in Scholars to take out the oribtal turrets or even fire butterflies.
@@DarkxGaming352 I had a bunch of fun playing with those delay circuits connecting multiple in series. Could be used to set a series of arms where one grabs, then the next, and so on. I can pulse a series of arms to activate one after the other and never more than one arm at a time. Can't see a way to make it useful yet but the half second pulses can be.
Uphand corner of the map there are coordinates. If you take both numbers and divide it by 16 and they equal a whole number you in the middle of 4 cells. 16,32,48,,64,80,96. So Example if the cords are 32,49. that would reduce down to 2, 3.0625. so that would not be a corner. 32,48 would be 2,3 so that would be the center of 4 cells
Can someone explain the 16:16 coordinate thing with spawning? I understand spawning cells but does that mean I'm limited to where I can place my farms? I don't want to build a farm just for it to not work or not be efficient because I built it in the wrong coordinates.
Some mobs' attack can damage the robot arms behind 1-thick walls (in my case it was the crystal turret when it's targetting another enemy right in front of said wall). I built a zigzag conveyor line with walls blocking their sight from that wall except for when they're at the last conveyor belt (hope that makes sense) and it prevents this quite well
i had the same issue. i just moved the crystal turret to face the other direction and had a different mob in that spot. (since i cant use both crystal turrets because they wont attack others from the crystal faction)

Does it matter what order the mob tiles are in? Also if the crystal chargers fight can't they break the flooring? Also do the sections need to be 9 tall or can you keep extending upward for more spawns? And last question why aren't all the conveyer pushing down to the center route? I'm so curious why one down then row of over
The order of the Mob Tiles on the mid-farm doesn't matter. The Pattern is to get them to fight more. I explained this and then deleted it, lol. And I was messing around with the design. But good eye. and sorry about that. So you can go straight down or follow the other pattern. But at the end of the day also long as the end up on the output line then end in up in a chest. Crystal mites can not break the floors. I have yet to learn about extending it outward. I could not find data that gave concrete information.

I'm sorry. I tried really hard to keep it simple. Believe it or not, I redid this video four times, investing around 38 hours plus a 16-hour live stream to come up with the design. I hope it helps.

Lol the second part would take so long. Ill consider it. I have 3 other videos in concept right now. Advance mob farm is not one of them. That guide might take 2 weeks or even a month to build lol.
Sorry i just woke up. I can not show it in action because it was made in creative mode. I did a ton of test on a live stream.... like 14 hours . I really don't like that spawners don't work in creative and I agree it would of been nice see it in action

Just started playing Core Keeper about a week ago, definitely gonna be trying these soon.

I didnt because they end up getting destroy later in the game. Once you have desert and crystal in the farm those mobs will take out the turrets.

dont mix the crystal crust with other spawn tiles, mimites destroys them when charges, so its better to create a farm just with it
From my testing they do not. Mixing Crystals is fine but the orbital turrents will be able to shoot past walls sometimes. so the arm will take damage

Just tested. Belt was not destroyed but a spawning cell below it was. Which is weird....

Good Advice there are charts that show 12 pm is a good time to release. But if everyone releases at that time. then would it still be a good idea?

Vid does not explain how to place in regards to mob chunks. It explains how the mob spawning chunks work but for the final farm you don't explain where the relevant chunk borders should be for optimal spawning

Here’s a question you can place slime over the moss. I don’t know if this stops the mosses from spawning? So does that mean potentially you could double up on slime ?

I only have one issue with this so far. Every once in a while I have to go inside and clear shrooms off the fungal patches since somehow conveyors don't block them from spawning

oh, and also not sure why using 3 rows of mold instead of just 2, one for each mob chunk?
I offset by one and the center line of mold is the way out. So it is in one of the cells but i dont know which one.
I do not know how much space you need. as them spawning outside of the cells is a bug.
If the big mushrooms spawn radiation crystals will do the trick.
Does the 200 tile active radius affect other stuff being active too like drills and other automation?

Humm. Wood farms, Mod farms Yes. Sawmills, Process or anything Q , Drills and Belts No. But i am still learning this system.
I have the question if there is any spawn cap for one type of mob in a cell in one spawning event? So are farms for only one type of mob inefficient, or why do you bild your farms like that?
Not so much a cap but the game does know if there are things in a cell and will turn down the amount of things that can spawn there.

sometimes the tiles underneath the conveyor built gets destroyed, what mobs could do this? the conveyor remain, which is good, but also bad because i dont know which ones underneath have their tiles destroyed. I only used the tiles provided in the video (on the left when you show it).

So I'm playing on console and noticed that you divided your cells using two titles covering the 16x16. My world origin on console covers a single title so I only have a single title dividing the 16x16.
I don't know if it's my OCD but I would like to follow your format. 2 tile vs 1 tile split meaning on my mind spawn I have a single title divide that is blank to separate the 16x16 kinda feels off to me
Is it worth trying to conveyor belt the mob farm loot to the smelting/sorting automation or is that too much going on In 1 area and could slow the game down or mess with spawn rates so better to have the mob farm elsewhere and occasionally teleport there to grab loot and then bring back to base to be sorted?
I would not do that until your able to pull items through a wall and a wall that is strong enough to take a hit from a brute and have a second anti chamber set up. But yeah my system in my live game feeds into a second anti chamber then into my base. The second anti chamber is for all conveyors that come into my base from ore farming

Hey! Love this build... I replicated it on Xbox and its working but I have a slight hiccup.. I did 16 long for the spawn cells for all 12 of the types recommended and something is breaking up spawning tiles... its only 1 or 2 here and there but I am assuming I messed up doing more than the 7 spawn tiles? I havent added the conveyors yet was wanting to confirm concept and now seeing the issue I am glad I waited a bit...Any idea what maybe breaking the tile?
Someone pointed out that the Mimites from crystal spawner may be able to break spawns using their charge attack.
They shouldnt but the orbital turrets will have a aoe damage that will break things thur a wall.
So with 3 block wide mold, do you continue the 1 block strip to the turrets too with mold or not?

Last night I set up the mid to late game farm with an anti chamber, completely walled in. And only used the tiles that were suggested. Let it run over night and woke up to my base destroyed. Went to check it and it looks like they broke through the walls in my anti chamber. Are there specific walls I need to use?
Yes the strongest walls you can mine. and there is a bug that allows them to spawn outside of the farm also. so i would keep it aways from the base a bit.
For the turret, does all the mobs that get piled into the small area fight each other?
What are the exact dimensions of the midgame farm? Since there is the conveyor belt in the middle, it can't be perfectly aligned to spawn cells, so it's confusing me
I should of done a better job of explaining this. All the questions made me realize this not a good job. So the Middle line out is on a spawn cell boarder. We offset our Starter cells by 1 from the edges so it doesnt matter what we put there. You can kind of see right on the lines there is nothing there expect for the line out. which is just mold block but doesnt count towards or cells.
How do you make the anti-chamber?
What's the point in separating the mobs? Especially stone moss. Why not just let them fight? Does it cause them to spawn erratically? Or is it just the brutes AoE breaking walls? Won't stronger walls be enough? Love your vids btw.
Some can destroy the floors and walls. So you just keep those out to prevent issues from them breaking into the base or messing the system up.
So I appreciate the video on this, the only part I'm confused about is the fungus spawn tiles. I set up everything and it is working but the fungus tiles keep spawning mushrooms. I placed conveyor belts over them like the video. Is the conveyor belt supposed to block mushroom spawn normally? Also what was the huge mistake?
Fungal tiles are a pain. If your doing a small farm that you can wall around. use spikes. If its a large farm. then you kind of use larva spawns to eat the mushrooms. But they have a super low spawn rate ether way.
But what do you farm for, what do you achieve?
Sorry, maybe I missed that information, but what about other mosses which spawns enemy ? like Valley moss ? why u dont use it on final late farm?

Does having more ground slime than 7, in a cell, increase the amount of slimes spawned? (ie. 14 ground slime = 2x spawn ratio)
More does but diminishing returns. i am using old information and it seems to be working for me. But after about 7 give a 90 percent chance to spawn something. I have heard 9 give 99 percent but i dont know. I would imagine 90 percent is the cap. But you would be better off spilting ground slime across two cells for 7 each. There is a guide in the discord .
Ive builed the Late game version, however, the sorcerers keep healing themselves, even with acid slime at the killing chamber, it just keeps clogging up.
How do i prevent that?
Radiation crystals, Poison traps or Materializers with orbital turrets might work.

Place a block where u think the corner is then check the map. It will change the color of the tile so you can see the exact point better Maybe? I dont play on controller so i dont really know.
2 things where is it best to build this farm to have the most optimal spawn rates without having to spawn proof a large area and 2 what farm can you make for mechanical parts since the stone moss doesnt work here
You want it a good aways from your main base since there is a bug right now with spawning. But within the 200 tiles. I would just make a separate from for stone moss. Or you would have to build it in a way they dont come with in 3 tiles of anyone
Thanks for guide, mob farm works great just one issue. Killing chamber breaks every time i AFK. Mobs somehow break walls down at south arm every time. Happened 100% of the time for a week.

Yeah, I should have covered this better. There is a bug that allows mobs to spawn outside the spawning tiles. Something, to my understanding, the devs are working on. If mobs break the walls, you need to build stronger walls. Building it out of the most challenging thing you can mine is a good starting point or crystal walls.
I believe Maze blocks are the most robust blocks in the game.
@@DarkxGaming352 managed to fix issue by adding lava on the left of the track Opposing side of the low right turrets. Now the walls never break there and it works, for sure set up another kill room at base though
I don't understand why are the conveyor belts all has different directions and some loops? why not all facing to the middle?
I explained that then cut it out and forgot to put it back in.... I redid this video 4times and hated it. The conveyors in 1 section force them to fight. the back and forth ones. that should be the end game mob farm one to go with. The other ones i was just playing with and the ones going str8 downward of just while your expanding the farm. Much easier to build.

*Read the pinned comment!* I didn't read the comments, cuz of course not, and yes, mobs are spawning outside of farm that's pretty close to my base.
*My advise* is to run your conveyers out a bit to your base but put sturdy walls like Lava Rocks/Maze Blocks as a second defense *with a robot arm* on the other side of the wall then keep running your conveyers to base.
I've only done this for a bit but no mob has gotten into my base, yet they still spawn outside.

What is the purpose 6:25 of the acid ground slime? I know it can deal damage and not spawn anything, but it is to take care of mobs not killed by spikes?
I see, you are just increasing the damage of your spike track/conveyor combo. So if you are not doing conveyors it's not necessary,.

i don't get why you are saying don't mix moss spawn with slimes in the beginner farm but do so in the late game one. Don't they kill one another or is that irrelevant late game?
Stone moss. Don't mix stone moss. and the second farm does not have stone moss. They will destroy your system if a brute spawns.

I grounded his entire arena, do be careful of leaving his spawn pool open so you can summon him, if you build over it and destroy the ground you have to refill it with water. This makes it easier because land travel to me is much more reliable then boat travel and also, his tentacles when spawned will immediately explode and die but destroy the ground. So you can either refill it or continue to burst him if you have the dps for it.
I just built a really large battle arena surrounded by maze walls and let them kill each other. :) it works surprisingly well.

I have a question, is there a way to do an automatic crop farm?
Try drills, havent checked myself but drills should destroy plants when fully grown and pull them behind them. There's a mod that will reset plants to seeds when harvested, but idk if it still works as of 1.0
Don't automate Food Farms. You need the gardening perk. Food Becomes crazy powerful by the end of the game.

Hey, I have issues in my anti chamber, I put 3 turrets behind fences and a radiation crystal, but the crystal turret mobs with time find a way to destroy turrets always, any fix?
I am going to make a better guide on this in a week or so. There are the biggest pain for your anti chamber. they will destroy things beyond the wall also. Try to build it in a way that they can not shoot at it directly.

@@noanfour Yeah, then the next phase would be to get Crystal and materialized. Use the crystal to call most mobs and materialize to spawn in Scholars to take out the oribtal turrets or even fire butterflies.

@@DarkxGaming352 I had a bunch of fun playing with those delay circuits connecting multiple in series. Could be used to set a series of arms where one grabs, then the next, and so on. I can pulse a series of arms to activate one after the other and never more than one arm at a time. Can't see a way to make it useful yet but the half second pulses can be.

Uphand corner of the map there are coordinates. If you take both numbers and divide it by 16 and they equal a whole number you in the middle of 4 cells. 16,32,48,,64,80,96. So Example if the cords are 32,49. that would reduce down to 2, 3.0625. so that would not be a corner. 32,48 would be 2,3 so that would be the center of 4 cells

I think a chunk is 64x64 a cell is 16x16. There is a guide in the discord under useful links to guides.
Some mobs' attack can damage the robot arms behind 1-thick walls (in my case it was the crystal turret when it's targetting another enemy right in front of said wall). I built a zigzag conveyor line with walls blocking their sight from that wall except for when they're at the last conveyor belt (hope that makes sense) and it prevents this quite well
i had the same issue. i just moved the crystal turret to face the other direction and had a different mob in that spot. (since i cant use both crystal turrets because they wont attack others from the crystal faction)

The order of the Mob Tiles on the mid-farm doesn't matter. The Pattern is to get them to fight more. I explained this and then deleted it, lol. And I was messing around with the design. But good eye. and sorry about that. So you can go straight down or follow the other pattern. But at the end of the day also long as the end up on the output line then end in up in a chest.
Crystal mites can not break the floors.
I have yet to learn about extending it outward. I could not find data that gave concrete information.
