Your Cantonese is very good which is rare nowadays in KL! I”m gradually catching up with your videos. My list of places to go to for food is getting longer! 😄
Sorry, I think I wasnt being specific enough. I mean to include it in the video description itself so that it's easier for readers to immediately click on the link :) thanks again for your response and keep it up!
Elmo, if you haven't try the dry charsiew wanton noodle at Annie One in Damansara Uptown, i think, where Starling Mall is, do go there and try it. The sauce was really fragrant and the charsiew really good.
Hi Elmo, there is another wanton shop in Section 17 called Restoran K. Intan on Jalan 17/10. It’s opposite Grub. The char siew and shui kow is the best. Shui kow has a special chili it goes with. Check it out

It will be highly appreciated if you could include the name and address of the stall with the recording timing in the description, just like 2:47 is Restoran Wong Soon Kee and so on. Hope Elmo you can see this! :)
Thank you. I actually enjoy the English introduction too. I would think it is relatively harder to describe Chinese food in English comparing to using Chinese... sometime when we want to describe something to either Mat Saleh or to those who don't speak Chinese, we ran out of words...
You should try USJ1 新隆记 (Roasted Chef) wonton noodle. When you tasted their wonton, you will even dream of it in your sleep. If you come after 10am, tried to add roast pork. You never regret.
Another excellent video from Elmo. There is a lot of homework done at the beginning of the video. History aspect is very informative in all Elmo videos. Thanks for the input on Hong Kong Wanton mee. It is the broth type that is better. Some people says the dry version is better, now I know, it is the different ingredient from the sauce, not better. When people say wanton mee in Malaysia it is reference to the dry version, not the soup type.

@@malaysiafood328 Thanks. I tried one in Singapore at some food court. If I really like it, the only thing I can think of is when I can make another trip. This didn't make the cut. Then one day we found the shop closed. Apparently she went back to Singapore ....
Thanks cheah unfortunately the better tasting dim sum in Klang Valley are 90% in restaurants and I mostly do vendors but no worries nothing is written in stones
Thanks for recommendation. Make it top 10. Can consider adding Dsara Uptown's Annie One (Menglembu) & SS2's Station 8 ... Personally I find these 2 quite good 🤔🤔
Their char siu is especially good coz the chicken rice boss gave him their recipe. The wanton is always consistent. Go back and insist that u want the konlo mix to be drier and u won't be disappointed
Hi, you sure the flying wan tan mee is good? I tried it before and its cooked by foreigners and the mee is just overwhelmed with dark soy sauce and bitter taste.

Cha siew wanton mee from Chan Meng Kee is nice too.
Please recommend KL wan to mee dtThank you
My craving for wan tan mee has definite been whetted after watching these delicious dishes. Thanks elmo😊😄
Thanks Andrew, guess the new food recommendations would have to take a backseat now that MCO has started again
