I have used book bolt and I found it very simple. It has so many interiors that you can use to create planners, puzzle books, composition books, etc. You can also get keywords related to these books which is good.
THe lower the BSR on a book, the more sales it has. Depending on the market you're trying to sell your book, a BSR of 100,000 or less is a good example of books to learn from such as keyword usage, description, interior formatting, etc. Good job though

I just added 2 pages because on the first page usually people put their name on it. For the second page I just added it willingly. Even if the Amazon calculator generated a template for only 200 pages I think there will be no difference about the book when printing it if you add to it one or two pages.

To find out how much a book is making based on bsr type TCK calculator on Google and when you get the calculator put the BSR on, select book, it will give you the number of sell that book is making per day and per month, you will take that number and calculate it with the royalty the book is getting. Most of the time the royalty on a composition notebook does not exceed $1.5. So my guess is that book made one or two sells to get the rank. But not 9.5 million. I hope this helps. But if you want to make money online using KDP it is possible if you are willing to work hard and be creative!

Hi, when you request the book proof that means that you ask them to mail you a copy of the book with "not for sale watermark". It's not for free because you have to pay for the printing and the shipping to your address. Normally after you clicked on this button you received an e-mail with a link to the checkout page. If you don't pay within the 24 hour time I think they will cancel it. On the checkout page, see if you can cancel the order. If you didn't confirm the purchase on the checkout page no money will be withdrawn from your account.
