I wish people would stop saying this because a lot of people/kids didn’t have good parents to raise them right and had to raise themselves and they still turned out nice and respectful like this even though their parents were shitty/absent (I’m projecting cause I got told that a lot growing up that my parents raised me right but they didn’t raise anything I raised myself this is all me lol)

30 years ago while waiting for my car at a performance shop I met someone who had the same first & last name as me and then after about 10 minutes of conversation we find out we shared a birthday!! I’ll never forget that!

I think this is so nice in a cast, and what makes Steve so fantastic. Its not so much that he's a fan of Halo, but he just absolutely loves doing it all and being the chief. From his past interviews he's terrible at the game, but likes the world, and genuinely loves what playing the character has meant to so many people. And THAT is what is important when making a show/game. You don't need to be able to recite every tiny lore detail, but if you love the love that fans have for your thing, then any decisions you make in development will be thought out and for the right reason.
Any celebrity who goes out of their way to grace the true fans is set from the rest. It always seems that people who are happy making others happy despite it maybe not being their dream role is a special kind of amazing.
