      Use fundamentals of trigonometry.
      Cos 30 = adjacent side / hypotenuse
      First calculate half of across flat.
      Apply this value as adjacent side in above formula. You will get hypotenuse.
      Multiply it by 2. You will get across corner distance.
      That is same as minimum diameter of raw material

      On the hexagon face?
      Use radial holders for drilling.
      Index 60 degrees and perform drilling
