  • Organizations tend to lack a way to connect their strategy creation with their strategy execution. In this video, Lean Methods Group's COO Wes Waldo overviews the seven-step Hoshin Planning process, which links a company's major strategy objectives with the resources and action plans needed to make them happen. By using this time-tested approach, you can successfully involve your entire organization in delivering a combination of breakthrough performance and daily management in order to focus on sustainable results.

This is REALLY good, it made me think about my mission and strategy plan to see if it’s aligned accordingly and if I’m actually providing what’s needed for youth to meet my vision 🌟

    Dear friends,
    I have many questions:
1/ for example : I want to my company valuation is 5 billions USD in 2025 year, and write it into the mission goal, is it right?.
2/ The mission of X company want to give products into USA, then the strategy of this company open new company in USA. Is it right?
3/ The mission of Y company want to do multi industries, then the strategy of this company open a lot of companies. Is it right?.

That is a good video with relevant questions to ask your self some leader before you start a busniess and most imporatnt how to prioritize those factors. The concurrence have always something better to offfer and after all-wht should you hold a partenership with some shitty companies which hve no idea how to handle a business. Those are the long-time bullshiters which disgust everyone with thier lies. After u see their real character -would you start a busniess partenership with them? Of course, no.

Quite a few people that use any and all of these models, focus so much of the S Curve, that they disassociate from their customers based on financials.......because your senior planning based on the $, does not...DOES NOT listen.
In the end customers go online!
